Repaired 2 pieces of vinyl siding which loose and high up. The technician did very good job. Would hire them again for more projects.

Excellent! Punctual, quick work and well done cleaning the algae from the north side of my home. He took special care not to damage my landscaping.

Poorly, I have wasted a month trying to get them to do the job and they keep coming up with excuses on why they can't complete it. Their scheduling system in non existent and I have had to reschedule to many times. If it was a job they did not want to do they should have said so in the first place instead of wasting both our time. I guess there is a job that is to small for them.

The job went very well. The technician was very thorough and efficient. He hung the shelf/hanging rack within 30 minutes. He then asked if I had anything else to do. He moved one piece of artwork to the a different wall and hung another piece of artwork. He informed me that his time was hourly and the additional work was within the hour that I had contracted him for. A plus was that he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use this vendor again.

This was 3 visit requiring two different servicemen. The first was a general handyman who replaced most of the outlets and identified an issue with the final outlet. Then an electrician who came in over two visits to diagnose and repair the remaining issue. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. Work was easily scheduled, on time and well done. The final work actually came in below initial quote.

Well I can say from beginning to end the experience was just very easy and they came out even sooner than they told me on the phone. I had a refrigerator that needed brought inside that I just bought and couldn't do it myself. Well not only did they take the doors off to my house and the handles from the refrigerator, but also took a cabinet out that was blocking my ability to get the refrigerator in place as it was so much bigger than the previous one. No job is too small! In an out in a flash, I will be using these folks again in the future! Thank you!!!

It took Nick less than 15 minutes to diagnose and explain the problem. He took pictures that I can use to prove to my roofing company that they messed up, all while explaining everything that was going on. Everyone I spoke with was polite, and Mr. Handyman was able to get Nick out to me within 4 hours of my call.

Did called office for Window Project, company wants to charge $75 for an estimate.

The initial contact by phone was encouraging with a fair estimate of time and charges to do the work required. Doug appeared at the house at the agreed-upon time and was ready to start work immediately. He is a pleasant and competent handyman who directly replaced the bathroom faucet. Upon starting the replacement of the drinking water faucet and removing the old broken faucet, we discovered the hole through the countertop was larger than expected and our replacement faucet would not work. He immediately suggested that, once we had the correct faucet, they would return without charging the full 1st hour fee and finish the replacement. Pete then came at the agreed-upon time, finished the installation and gave us an estimate on the galvanized piping replacement. Pete was also friendly and competent and also quite knowledgable of old Victorian houses such as ours. We are impressed with Mr Handyman and will accept their estimate having them replace the pipes.

They are very good. They were very nice. Came out, and brought what they needed. They asked a lot of questions, and were really professional. We were very happy with them.

I couldn't be happier with the results of the job! I had inquired of other contractors/handymen to make these repairs and many had not followed-up after my initial contact, so I thought this might be an impossible ask. Eric arrived and took a look at the areas and said they could definitely be fixed within a couple of hours. He was able to get everything done within the promised 2 hours and the work is flawless. By the front door, especially, you would never know that he had to replace a small piece of wood. I will definitely use them again!

Paul from Mr. Handyman of Naperville came out to perform the job(s). He first gave an estimate of the odd jobs we needed, which seemed fair. He then performed all the necessary work, which was rather varied; he was very punctual, hard working and overall very amicable. The finished work looked nice too; it's amazing how fixing little things can make the house nicer. I'd definitely ask him to come back and do more work if needed. Thanks Paul.

Ok. We had some initial problems but they addressed the problem quickly. We were pleased with the way they handled things.

I called at 11:30am on July 22nd and discussed what I needed done. Within 2 hours the technician was at my front door with the materials to install a post that the technician brought. The total job was completed within one hour and my wife and I are very very pleased with the results.

Turned up exactly on time and immediately set to work. Managed all jobs with skill and professionalism. Never saw a break not even for lunch. 8.30 am to 4,30 no stop. Cost was $750 + unsolicited tip.. So ONLY issue is that if I could have found a handyman who was independent it would have been less than half the cost as its all billed hourly. My neighbours fell over when they heard how much and gave me their guy, who also worked all day for $275 cash. So Mr Handyman is operating a huge mark up and I think its too much. If the price was 20-25% more then you pay for convenience, fair enough, but 200% is gouging. Lovely people super service but for emergencies and the wealthy,
