+ -1 moreHorrible! Employee did not tell us to not run water. I was washing my hands and employee yelled expletives at us from the basement calling us stupid f****! I told him we had not been told not to run water and again more expletives. I then told employee Zach that I was going to go outside and speak to my landlord about the issue. More expletives from employee. I am calling Wirth in the morning as so is the landlord. The landlord will not be paying for these after hour services. Employee should be fired. Very very unprofessional conduct.

Description of Work: Wirth is highly dependable and I wish more contractors/service providers were as professional. I have had a handful of jobs done by Wirth. First of all they respond quickly, even in the middle of the night, secondly they have been a respected company for many many years and don't do shoddy work that would ruin their reputation. I had two furnaces serviced and one hot water heater replaced in one of our rental units.

Description of Work: Installed a split heat/air system for a room. Hated the system from Day 1. Never drained properly and air wouldn't work during high humidity. Was told later by other technicians they would have not installed it the way Wirth did. Wirth got tired of listening to me. Had to replace it just 6 years later with completely different system because it finally died.

+ 1 moreI called Wirth and made an appointment for the next day to have someone look at my water softener. It would run, but it wasn't softening the water. Wirth arrived on time. They were able to fix the problem (cleaned the lines and replaced a few parts) and did not try to sell me a new water softener. I have used them several times and would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Water softener wasn't working properly. They had to clean out the lines (clogged) and replace a few parts.
