 + -1 moreReplaced a couple old light switches and reestablished electrical connection to some (but not all) of the lights on back deck. Made the mistake of not checking work until long after they had left. On the invoice, I indicated that some lights in back still didn't work. The owner promptly called me and offered to send someone over as soon as possible to fix the original problem. Problem was addressed and lights work great. A pricey fix for 2 service calls and labor, but lights work fine now.

 + -1 moreCalled to schedule a repair. Upon hearing the nature of the problem they insisted on coming out ASAP, which they did. They were very prompt. Fixed the problem and brought us up to code. Cleaned up every inch of his mess. Was very professional and helpful regarding advice on a 101 year old house's wiring.
Description of Work: Had an electrical outlet replaced and brought up to code, along with a brief inspection of the other wiring.
