Everything went real good with our kitchen, we had no problems. They have a new machine that's really neat. It's a vibrator with electricity, it pulls the seams together and actually melts the quartz together and makes it level. They put suction cups to the counter tops, they put it in, it vibrates, and it's done. The experience with them was wonderful, 100%. Amy, who was the coordinator at Lowe’s, was right on it. She was super, super nice. My husband had a plan for the kitchen, and the guy at the company didn't like it, he liked another design better, and redesigned my husband's plan. It wasn't what we wanted, it went against the grain. So we went over to Lowe's, and it was wonderful. My husband and Amy worked really well together, and by the time I came in, it was what I wanted. She could see from a woman's point of view what I needed and I had no qualms, she was great. Everything was done, it went smoothly. We even had a death in between the project, and we had to stop. Amy took care of everything and so did the company that they contracted with no problems. As soon as we got back from Chicago after the funeral, they were right on it. They let us rest and get back on our feet and called us two days later, and worked with us, she was wonderful. They were very accommodating. I absolutely will be using them again in the future.
