We used a company called Lambasio for plumbing. That service went very well. They were prompt, they were reliable and reasonably priced. The staff was excellent. He was very professional in his demeanor, answered questions well and didn't take much time.

The crew was terrific. They installed a new bathtub, surround, vanity, mirror and toilet in both houses. Travis, the main plumber, is VERY hard working, clean and knowledgeable. They worked around our schedules. I will use them again in the future. Scott and the ladies in the office were also very professional, and always willing to work with us.

Replaced blown compressor in air conditioner.

Toilet was leaking from the connection of tank to bowl. My brother tried to fix and made things worse. Lambasio's plumber fixed the whole thing in 70 minutes, including tank-to-bowl connection and the water supply line my brother worked on.

Very professional. I was very pleased.

I called them the next day to come back out to properly fix the drain, because they were unable to the previous day, and to look at the damage caused by the leak. They said that they would need to order parts for the repair of the ceiling and tile, but have never been back.

Explained to company exactly what needed to be done and what parts to bring....Showed up with no parts and waited 1 and a half hours for parts to get here...Didnt have scraper to scrape g*** off floor so had to borrow mine and even asked if I had any anchors....Seemed ill prepared for the job...He did get it done in the end but kept awful time record...Believe me,I did..I think it ran around 89.00 an hour...He asked me how long it took to get the parts to my house..He was thinking 45 min...It was all of 1 and a half hours...I checked my watch when he showed up and again when he ordered part....

It was a Friday at about 3:30 pm. I went down to my basement to start a load of laundry and realized my water heater was leaking steaming hot water at about 1/2 gallon per minute. Quite a lot of water had already flooded my basement. I began calling for quotes from local plumbers. Naturally, most of them informed me of the obvious--it's Friday! Several told me that they could have someone to my house after the weekend and others said they were going to have to charge extra for weekend pay. Lambasio would not give me a quote over the phone, but did say someone would be there within two hours. Someone showed up within that time frame, but they were dressed for a class. Which is exactly where he had come from, a class in a city 45 minutes away. They had dispatched this poor guy to my house, last minute on a Friday near closing time, as he was leaving a class he had probably been at all day. He was very kind and told me he had the part I needed in his vehicle. Within 30 minutes or less my water heater relief valve had been replaced and I only had to cut a check for $80. Simply amazing--no need to even call anyone else!
