 + -1 moreAfter experiencing several bites on my body I contacted Four Seasons Pest Control fearing that I might have bed bugs. The problem was explained to the receptionist who assured me she'd have Mark, the owner, contact me that day, which he did. He asked several questions and described what I should be looking for. Then he had his most experienced employee in this type of problem rearrange his schedule so that he could come the next morning. Drew was very thorough, checking not only the mattress but even the inside of the box springs, curtain rods, drawers, etc. Places the average person wouldn't think to check. Additionally he left bait traps and sprayed. No infestation was found thankfully, but the peace of mind and exceptional service was gratefully appreciated. Kudos to all involved. This business is out of Galesburg and traveled to Bettendorf. I've had them regularly over the years to spray inside and out and was always pleased, but this experience was exceptional as are their employees. .
Description of Work: The technician (Drew) examined every conceivable thing in my bedroom to ascertain whether I had bed bugs. He examined both sides of the mattress, removed the bottom of the box springs and checked inside and out. He examined the drawers, curtain rods, carpeting, and closets. He put out bait traps and also sprayed. He answered all questions and was here about one hour. He was very courteous and professional.

 + -1 moreI had picked an ad out of the phone book for pest service, called and talked to a nice lady who got me scheduled for my service. The technician was on time, a very clean cut person. He was very knowledgeable about the questions I asked.about the pests he was there to service. I didn't even have to leave my house and my daughter and dog were safe by staying inside while he was there. I figured they would be in and out in 20 minutes. However to my surprise the service took 45 minutes and then he spent 20 more minutes answering the questions I had about bugs. And to my surprise they will be coming back once a month to treat the outside of my house. This is very convenient for me since I work monday through friday and have after school activities to attend. I don't have much free time so this is very convenient for me. I will definitely recommend this service to my family and friends.
Description of Work: services performed was an inside and out spray for spiders and ants.
