This provider came highly recommended by a christian colleague and contractor so there was no doubt that he would be reliable, with unquestionable quality of work. Not so!! I played phone tag with the provider for 2 weeks before we finally made contact. We agreed on a day/time he would come over for an estimate. He was a no call, no show. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he must be very busy. This same pattern went on for 2 months! I called him from out of state to set up an appointment upon my return, he told me that he did not need to enter my home or attic but could give me an estimate while I was away. I did not see how this would be possible but I agreed. I never received an estimate. I started the project without him by replaced the attic "fan" then called him back again this time explaining that the dust that was being stirred up in my attic was affecting my breathing from the air return adjacent other rooms in the house....so I really needed to have that attic "Vent" installed. He called me back right away and said that he would install it on Sunday, August 2nd @ 10:00am... I thought this was not typical on a Sunday, however, I agreed pleased to make some semblance of headway with him and to improve my quality of life....again no call, no show. He has been a constant No Show, He delayed my project which prevented me from finding another provider. He was always pleasant sounding on the phone, each time setting a date to get the job completed; however, no call, no shows are viewed as unprofessionalism....so hire him at your own risk. Overall "F"

I dealt with them once years ago and I was very satisfied with their work. When we called him he came out, and this has been a chronic problem with our roof leaking, and he actually did a different procedure than what the other roofers had done and we had no leaking issues for that length of time now. He put like a membrane over iit. They were quick to do it and we are very satisfied.

Roger and his staff were true to their word. Timely, courteous and left the house with everything in place. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Roger Fitzsimmons and his team of roofers were true professionals. They tarped off our flower beds to keep debris out of them. They even built a cover over our fish pond beside the patio so that debris would not fall in it! They showed up on time and put in a full day's work. They estimated the roof would take five days, and it took six. I received three estimates before getting my roof done, and Roger had the lowest price. However, when he got finished, he determined the job took less than he figured. Therefore, the final price was even lower than his estimate! The roof is absolutely beautiful. Roger and his small team did a great job with every detail cutting in and such. When a piece of shingle fell and cracked a piece of our decorative wooden molding on the house, he replaced it free of charge. I really can't say enough good things about Roger Fitzsimmons. I heard about him through a friend, and I'm glad I did. I'm not sure I've ever met a nicer, honest contractor. I wish he did more than roofs!
