+ -1 moreHad me shut off breaker when he arrived. Drained water heater, replaced 2 thermostats & 2 heat elements. Left and said I would have hot water in about an hour. No water the next day. I called a reliable provider the next morning at 7:45. Had a plumber at 8:15, he checked the breaker first thing and found it was bad. He called his shop, they sent an electrician and I had hot water by 9am. I did call to let Basio know to have his service guy check the power first if he had a bad electric water heater. The lady said she would let him know, No apologizes, no thank you, never heard from them again. I guess that's why they asked when I called with the initial problem how I would be paying for the service. Had to have the money up front. Strange as I spent 1000.00 with them last fall to run a new water line to my home. By the way, I now have a 50ft trench /mound in my yard that I will have to find someone to fill in. I've heard of "rough grade" but this is pretty bad. I'm back to folks I can rely on.( Nice folks though but unfortunately nice folks don't always provide good service)
