Their chipper truck's axle broke, they drove down the road like that until swerving off the road when the tire flew off and hit my car, which was parked in a driveway. It turns out, that this company has no insurance on their chippers, only the trucks that they drive (this could be bad luck if there are any accidents on site with the wood chipper). I contacted the police when I found out, while they tried to leave and their manager told them to NOT provide me any insurance information.The company filed the police report under a false name. Once that was sorted, I did everything requested (getting estimates from 3 places) and they are still refusing to pay for the damages. Please understand that this company does NOT have appropriate insurance and that if something happens while they are on a job, they are potentially NOT liable.

Excellent work, as usual, which is why we keep using Mac. His prices are fair, he is very responsive both in returning phone calls and scheduling the work. He and his men work fast & clean up everything. We will continue to hire him!
