terrific! Quick response time!

This was a call-out on a Saturday. It was the first time the heat was turned on for the season, and our system could not fire off. I called their answering service, and got a response in just a few minutes. The technician came within an hour and promptly repaired our furnace. Mama was happy, so everyone was happy.

He gave me a real good deal on the heating and air conditioning unit. I bought a good quality, well-known national brand. He put it in and did all the electrical work. They are really good and really professional people there. It is just a good local company that's been around for years. I am sure that if his business is like it is now, they will be around for a good number more. I definitely got good work, and their responsiveness and punctuality was good.

I didn't have to pay because it was covered under warranty. I initially got with them because when my HVAC went our a couple of years ago and they were the only ones that would listen and bother to come to the house. Everyone else wanted to estimate the size of the equipment over the phone and I knew better to rely upon that and be accurate. Ironically just a few months after that I worked with another contractor on the quad fitting. I had a much better understanding after that. They have been very good to me and there was a billing issue in the office and she thought it was something I was supposed to pay when in fact it was a warranty issue and they took care of that.
