+ 2 moreThis so called project took 5 months and was never completed by Ascott Construction, I sold my building for $25.000.00 dollars less, so the new owner could afford to finish the rest of the apartments. I brought up some other reputable contractors to look at what Ascott Construction had done and not finished, everyone of them said they would go to court with me. Make sure you get a written estimate, not I'll charge you less because it's winter and we get to work inside. Always get a written estimate.
Description of Work: I owned an old building downtown, Fulton. Ascott Construction put in 4 new electrical services including the circuit breaker boxes, ran all new plastic plumbing, new sheet rock for approximately 4500 sq ft., finished one bath and one small kitchen. The other front apartment never was finished by Ascott Construction because I could not afford to pay him anymore money.
