First, our daughter came to us panicked because the basement toilet was overflowing. We snaked the toilet and it seemed to fix the problem. About 9:30 PM that evening, we discovered water on the basement floor which was traced to the drain. We were doing laundry at the time, and the water from the drain was soapy. Being relatively new in the area, we called a neighbor for the name of a plumber, and he recommended Rooterman, whom we called immediately (Sunday night @ 10PM). They said they would schedule us the next morning. We received a call at 7:40 AM saying they would be at our house by 10:30AM, and they would call if they were running EARLY!! They did, in fact, call us and arrived at 10 AM. Justin was professional and competent and cleaned up completely after removing and reseating the toilet. The charge was $242 for approx 1.5 hours of work, and it is guaranteed for 90 days. I highly recommend Rooterman in Freeport, IL.
