 + -1 moreServiceman was nice but when I called the office to complain the man was maniacal, SCREAMING at me. He certainly needs to learn how to treat customers along with some anger management sessions.
Description of Work: Replace a transformer that sells for 10.52 online and I was charged $239.00. $80. for a service call, no problem with that, but $159. for a 20 minute job with a $10.52 part. Ridiculous. I believe every business should make a profit but this is beyond ridiculous.

Answered all of our questions, offered a suggestion for a room in our house that did not get much air flow, and sold us what we needed for our house--not a unit we did not need. From start to finish, very professional, quick installation, good price.

Description of Work: Our central air conditioner unit died late in the day. The next day we had a representative from Jansen at our house providing an estimate. The replacement unit was installed with in a week - with replacement coolant installed to keep our old unit running during that time. The service from Jansen was excellent and timely given the circumstances. Would highly recommend to others!

 + -1 moreThey did a very nice job. They installed a new air conditioning unit for us in the past. They were very efficient and effective. They had good recommendations for the unit. I have called them in the past for a service issue. They came promptly and fixed the problem. We had looked at other alternatives but picked these folks to take care of us. We have an annual contract with them and they just called to see when would be a convenient time to take care of that. They take the responsibility to call us and schedule that.
Description of Work: They did an annual inspection of our furnace.
