Roof was not installed properly. Soft spots on roof, gutter soffits were snipped so that plywood base of roof is exposed to weather. When walking on the roof, roof depresses when stepped on, roof is wavy. Installation took over 1 week, workers did not show up on time, One day they attempted to install roof by flashlight at 9PM. Four months ago business owner agreed to replace a part of the roof where the soft spots are and replace gutter soffits. Owner not responding to our calls requesting a date for the roof to be fixed.
