 + -1 moreSeth did an excellent job listening to what we wanted our basement to look like. He gave helpful ideas and was willing to change the floorplan even after it was laid out. He and his sub contractors were always very polite. He helped us to figure out ways to save some money with the remodeling job, to bring it within our budget. I will definately use S & E Contracting when I am ready to remodel our kitchen.
Description of Work: We finished a section of our unfinished basement into three areas; a bedroom, a hallway, and a gardening room. This job included adding a window, framing, flooring, electrical, drywall, and painting.

 + -1 moreThey are home builders and they are just great. Anytime we need something done we call them. They are fair and they come up with a good price. You don't have to haggle around and the workmen are great. They clean up after themselves. It's just a very hassle free experience and a good team. It's rare that you can have a project as big as finishing a basement and not have a single complaint. You don't even have to bid anybody else, they are that great.
Description of Work: We used S & E Contracting Inc to do our basement and now they are doing part of the landscaping work as well.
