Great people to work with. Company president came out personally to inspect the job. Garage is solid and no issues with the recent rains. Entire job (drainage system and the four pits to get under the foundation) were hand dug with care exercised for the lawn & landscaping.

This project went well!! Our consultant had to come out twice because our needs changed as we prepared for the project. At our second consult, Dan suggested that we repair a crack that was uncovered during prep. We chose to repair the crack. When the repair crew arrived (four), they introduced themselves and got to work. They were extremely pleasant and efficient. They investigated a spot on the wall that looked like an additional leak, but were able to determine it was nothing, but a bad aesthetic repair. The work was loud and messy. I felt so comfortable with the work crew, that I left during the demolition phase. When they finished cementing the floor, they cleaned up the basement, leaving only the work the performed behind. The project was finished on time, with no surprises. They even sent a thank you to the family that recommended them to us.

I thought we should've gone with them, but the board decided to go with another company. They went above and beyond to serve us. They were very responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

The price was pretty affordable. They were recommended highly by a coworker that had used them. Tim was really great. He understood that we had a budget constraint and had just bought a new house. We were a little freaked out having water in our basement and he worked with us to figure out where it was coming from. He put together an affordable estimate to fix one of the solutions. He didn't try to jam anything down our throats. He said it was a process of elimination and I liked that conservative approach. He said that we needed to do it in steps to see where the problem was. He fixed two areas and it has been okay. The city had rerouted things and we were having backup in the storm drains when it would rain. The problem was a combination of the city and our home being 60 years old. What they did worked. We are looking to do a floor tile system in the future and we would get an estimate from them for that work. We will definitely use him again.

Tim, my sales guy, was incredibly professional. he knew exactly what he was talking about and answered any question very thoroughly. They were as clean as they could be, with the dirty job they had to do. They were also very responsive whenever I had to call.

They had to come back to repair it, but they did come back when I called them and fixed the problem. In the end, it was satisfactory.

They did a great job. If needed, I would use them again for other work.

As far as I can tell, it's ok. They did a great job. I have a 10 year gaurentee on the work. If needed, we would use them again.

I haven't had any water since. The experience went well. They were fast and got the work done quickly. The only strange thing is they left a plastic border around the base of the walls, which is part of what they do, but I haven't seen it in anyone else's house.

Very good. They got here on time and got the job done in one day. I always like companies that I feel give me more than what I paid. That was the case this time. They were also the only company that would do all three things that we needed to have done. The local building inspector said that this comapany always did a good job and the material they were using was above the local code. The crew was professional and business like. The only negative was the overly agressive salesman that called every few days.

We are selling our home and want to repair a potential leak in the foundation beforehand. I contacted Safeguard for the free estimate that was offered on their website and was told that there was a $250 fee to inspect the home because I was going to sell the house. I asked what difference it make whether or not I decided to sell the house. They said it was their policy to charge $250 for any estimate any time someone might be selling their home. I asked for the free estimate offered on their website and was told that it doesn't pertain here. I guess I never should have mentioned that we wanted to repair a leak before we sold the house. In my opinion, if they are so shady in offering a free estimate and then try to charge $250, I'd hate to see how they would go over a quote if they actually did the work.

The experience was perfect. They did everything they needed to do and got approval from the village. They didn't even have to go in the house. They did it all from the outside. They did it on a day we weren't even home and it was done. We've never had a problem.

The person that came and gave the estimate was very timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. He described the repair process in detail and answered all my questions. The repair team also showed up on time and began work promptly. They had completed the job and clean up within about three hours. I'm very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

THE DIDN'T DO EVERYTHING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS THAT I ASKED THEM TO. I ASKED THEM TO FIX IT WITHOUT HAVING THE MATERIAL SHOW. IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT WORK WAS DONE BECAUSE THE BLACK TAR SHOWS. THEY TRIED TO COVER IT UP BY EXPLAINING THAT THEY COULDN'T GUARANTEE THE WORK IF IT DOESN'T SHOW. THEY FIXED IT A YEAR AGO AND I AM STILL HAVING ISSUES. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM RECENTLY AND THEY CAME OUT TO CHECK ON IT. THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE MORE MONEY TO FIX THE SAME ISSUE BECAUSE THEY CLAIM IT IS A DIFFERENT PROBLEM. THEY ARE VERY SLOW TO FOLLOW UP EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A 10-YEAR WARRANTY.

Tom was very knowledgeable & explained the process of fixing the cracks in our foundation. We were very happy with the completion of the job.

ALWAYS RETURN OUR CALLS RIGHT AWAY AND COME RIGHT OUT. THIS COMPANY HAS DONE PREVIOUS BASEMENT WATERPROOFING FOR US AND WE PLAN ON USING THEM FOR ANOTHER PROJECT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

HAD THEM SEAL THREE CRACKS TWO YEARS AGO FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT THE SEAL DID NOT WORK ON TWO OF THE CRACKS. WE HAD ENOUGH WETNESS THAT CAUSED MOLD TO GROW FROM THESE CRACKS AND ENDED UP HAVING TO CUT OUT THE DRYWALL, THE INSULATION AND HAVE MOLD REMEDIATION DONE BECAUSE PLUGGING THE CRACKS FROM THE OUTSIDE DID NOT WORK. WHEN THE SAME GUY CAME BACK TO FIX IT INSIDE, HE SAID THE OUTSIDE JOB DOESN'T USUALLY WORK FOR VERY LONG AND THE CRACKS OPEN BACK UP. HENCE, THEY PLUGGED THE FOUNDATION CRACKS FROM THE INSIDE AND IT IS A RUBBER PASTE THAT WILL MOVE WITH THE FOUNDATION. THEY CLAIM (OTHERS CONFIRMED!) ONCE CRACKS ARE SEALED FROM THE INSIDE, WE SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS. IT SAID ON MY RECEIPT THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE, AS THEY HAVE A 5 YR WARRANTY, BUT SEVERAL PEOPLE SAID THEY WILL FIND SOMETHING TO CHARGE YOU FOR. THEY FOUND A THIRD CRACK THAT THEY SEALED (AND CHARGED ME FOR!), BUT IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH A SERVICE THAT SHOULD HAVE WORKED TWO YEARS AGO.

PERFORMED JOB ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. THEY WARNED ME THAT JOB WAS MESSY AND THEY WERE RIGHT. BASEMENT HAS NOT LEAKED SINCE.

WORK THEY DID WAS GOOD BUT WE HAD TO WAIT A DAY AND A HALF FOR THEM.

DID A GREAT JOB - I HAVE HAD A COMPLETELY DRY BASEMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS TYPE OF WORK IT IS EXTREMELY MESSY - I HIRED AN OUTSIDE CLEANING SERVICE TO CLEAN UP THE CEMENT DUST (SAFE GUARD IS PRETTY HONEST THAT THEY ARE NOT A CLEANING SERVICE, AND THEY WORK REALLY HARD TO CONTAIN THE MESS), AND IT WORKED OUT GREAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY DO THIS PROJECT AGAIN.

I WASTED THE ENTIRE DAY AND THIS SITUATION MADE ME QUESTION THEIR ABILITY TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND DO A GOOD JOB. THE CREW SHOWED UP ABOUT 1:30 AND I SENT THEM AWAY. I TOLD THEM I WAS SORRY BUT THAT I HAD WASTED THE WHOLE DAY AND WASN''T SURE THEY WOULD BE A GOOD JOB. THEY SAID IT WAS MY CHOICE AND LEFT.

SALESMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AFTER DEPOSIT WAS GIVEN, WORK WAS STARTED 1 WEEK LATER. DID A GREAT JOB, GOT EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
