They were really good. I would give them an A for everything. I think that they were a good service. They had good responsiveness and good price.

We had an extremely short turnaround need due to another carpet company backing out on the job. They were able to meet our deadline with a great product.

Mark was prompt and professional. This included being on time for our initial meeting/quote, follow up to obtain downpayment, actual installation, and follow up to receive final payment. His installer was efficient and did a great job. The changes in colors are executed perfectly (meaning that when the door is closed, you can't see what color the carpet is on the other side). The carpet also feels super soft. Great job, guys!

The installers were very detail oriented and very courteous. They asked questions to ensure my satisfaction and were done in a couple days! They cleaned up nicely and the floors looked amazing! I shopped around, but knew after Romar did my carpet in the past, the hardwood job would be just as wonderful and affordable too!

Romar did a great job. I filled out a request for information through their website, Mark called the following day and then made the trip in that afternoon to measure the area where we were planning to put laminate. There was no hard sell at all, and he gave us a good price. The materials were ordered the next day and Romar was ready to install right after they received the flooring. Only my wife and 1 year old daughter were home when the flooring was going on, but the installers (subcontractors) were extremely punctual, accommodating, and competent. The floors looked good and were in only 2.5 hours later, no mess was left over, and I certainly will use Romar again if the need arises.

These guys were great. They come to your home like another company but have a better selection and were about 20% less cost. The installation was done quickly and without any hassle. Their installers were very professional.
