I loved that the tech used PPE during his visit during this Covid time especially but think the shoe covers are a must irregardless! Carl, the technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable and did my toilet repair very quickly and efficiently. Even Michelle who routed the call was extremely pleasant and took into account my Senior status with a discount. The cost of the repair was a bit more than I expected even with discount but the quality and professionalism were very important.

Carl was great, he really explained the problem I had, and made recommendations for the type of house I have. I also was impressed how quick he was able to rip out the 2 toilets, and get new ones on. He followed safety PPE, mask, glove, shoe covers, and did some disinfection after. I will keep his card for the future. (I hope we don t get together soon), but I feel he really extended a relationship above the service. He did great work, wasn t cheap, but peace of mind I have now was worth it.

He answered all my questions .He had to replace a clogged galvanized drain pipe aleast 40 years old.The work went exactly as he said it would before he started.He was very efficient no time was wasted.Dave was friendly but professional,he is an asset to your company.
