LOU IMPROVEMENTS PROFESSIONAL TILE WORK

Lou is a true tile master craftmans. Not only did he completed the job according to the schedule, he did extras like tiling the furnance room wall. He always checked with me when he when he had questions or had a different idea. The way he laid out the tile it looks like one continous flow pattern thru out the whole basement.. Everyday he cleaned up and removed the trash.

Great.. he set up an area to cut the tile and helped in removing all trash/old tiles and used material. He worked on the average 10 hours a day.

Lou was a refreshing service provider. He kept to his estimate and only asked for material reimbursement (such as the cement board). He provided receipts for all of his materials. For those three relatively large jobs he completed them in under 3 weeks alone. He has an incredible eye for detail and offered many suggestions that we took his advice on. We purchased the tile and grout, but Lou managed the other contractors, such as the plumber, so not to slow the job down. We were more than pleased with the quality of his workmanship and we will definitely use him in future jobs.

Lou was the perfect contractor. He went above and beyond to complete this job. He works on his own and is extremely detail oriented. We bought tile, he helped unload it from the car! We provided grout, but he provided mastic, concrete board, grout sealer, etc. He provided receipts for all his materials and just asked for reimbursement. 2 bathrooms and a fireplace hearth including demo took him 2 1/2 weeks to complete. He coordinated with our plumber to install plumbing,sinks and faucets when needed. We were hands on in design (and he provided great ideas too such as framing our window and tile baseboards) but he managed the logistics so we were able to be hands off with everything else. We received his name from the tile store we purchased from, and could not have been happier. For the price we paid, we feel we got an extreme value. There needs to be more service contractors like Lou!
