Description of Work: Jeff Fisher was extremely helpful and pleasant. He was able to help with simplifying my electrical system. He was also able to check for safety issues. Jeff is very professional.

Description of Work: Jeff replaced my electric smoke detectors. He fit me in between two other jobs that day as I was leaving town and had a malfunctioning alarm. He was efficient and professional. I would recommend him.

Description of Work: Jeff deinstalled ceiling lights that were in my rental apartment and reinstalled new lighting that I bought. He responded quickly, was friendly and professional and also offered ideas for other lighting needs that I had.

He is very upfront about the time involved and the approximate costs. I have a lot of confidence in Jeff and will continue to use his services in the future.

My only "complaint" was that he did not bill me. I had to call the company to remind them I owed them money.

Description of Work: My initial contact with Jeff was by phone. We scheduled a tentative appointment for the following day, a Friday, or the middle of the following week. He was to phone me to confirm. Since he had suggested two possible dates, I was not concerned when I did not hear from him on the appointed date. However, I was surprised that he did not phone as the alternate date approached. When I phoned him to inquiry as to when he would be able to come out to perform the task we talked about; installing a new outlet, installing a new light switch, and converting two existing outlets to three prongs, instead of two, I was unable to reach him personally. I left sereval messages over a three-week period, but never got a response. I contacted Angie's List and requested either a refund, or a phone call from Jeff. I received an e-mail from Angie's List a day later which informed me that they had contacted Jeff and he would be in touch with me shortly/. Jeff called that same day. He apalogized perfusely for not getting back to me sooner. He indicated that he had a serious family emergency which caused the delay. He was willing to come to my home the next day, if I still wanted him to perform the service. Jeff showed up at the appointed time. He took the time necessary to assertain exactly what needed to be done. He was unable to install the new light switch in the location that I wanted; however, he installed two new outlets, which proved to be very challenging because of outdated wiring. Jeff took the time to accomplish the task and he cleaned up the work area when he was done. The job took longer than the two hours I had purchased, but he did not charge me for the additional time. He gave me the discount because of the inconvenience of scheduling the appointment, which he was under no obligation to do. I am very pleased with the job that Jeff did and I would be happy to work with him again, should the need arise. I would be happy to recommend him to my friends and family who needed electrical work.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Fischer and set up the appointment for 9:00 on June 27th. At this time he said he did most of the Angie's List jobs a long time ago. He did not show up for the appointment. He did not call, did not cancel, just didn't show up.
