It was a challenging problem since the circuit with the short served lights and outlets in several rooms on 3 different floors of the house. Jeff did an outstanding job. He was prompt and courteous, used a good methodical approach to investigating and fixing the problem, and consulted me before doing anything that might damage my home (e.g., opening walls). Since he could not solve the problem right away on the first day, he offered to bring a helper the second day for only nominally more money per hour which worked out great. I thought the cost was very reasonable given the time he had to spend, and Jeff honored his Angie's List discount without any complaint. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who has a similar problem in their home.

Jeff is prompt and professional and cleaned up the work area when he was done. Prices are reasonable. We'll definitely call him again.

Jeff showed up a little ahead of our scheduled meeting time. Once I arrived we went in, and he quickly completed the job, with very little time and effort. It was what he did after, that makes me recommend Jeff so highly. We have a "smarthouse" system that had been malfunctioning and the people that installed it did/do not seem capable of diagnosing or fixing the issues and the constant beeping from the smoke/CO detectors was driving my family crazy. Even though Jeff was not licensed to fix the system, his walkthrough and explanations of the system as it was set up, has been invaluable in our dealing with that company as we work torwards resolving our problem. Even better was that since the job we contracted with him for took so little time, the inspection and advice were free. Quality guy that Jeff.

My call was returned in a timely fashion, and a convenient appt. was scheduled. The serviceman came on time, and completed the job to my satisfaction.

He answered the phone after 5 rings by just mumbling hello. I asked if this was the correct number for the electrician, since he sounded very unprofessional & did not answer the phone like a business. There was a TV blaring in the baCKGROUND & i THINK i WOKE HIM UP (ATY 10aM!). I then asked if he could come out & look at my fan & see if I needed a new one or it needed repairing & if I could get an apoointment & an estimate. He paused awhile (long enough for me to think that he had fallen asleep or something) then said, "Yea, I guess so". That's when I said never mind & hung up. Terribly unprofessional!!

Great! Jeff was timely and did a wonderful job -- it looks great! He also cleaned up after everything. I will call him for any future electrical needs.

We needed to get the electrical box moved as soon as possible, so that we could paint our dining room. Jeff was able to give us an estimate over the phone and then charged us at the low end of his estimated cost. He showed up at the agreed time, and the work was done very neatly and professionally. We will use him again for our future bathroom remodeling.
