Description of Work: About 2-14-13 talked with provider and he said Waukegan was too far for him too come out.Talked to him 2 weeks before to see if other jobs would be in my area so it would be with his time to do the work. No jobs near me. Told him I would request a refund because he could not do work in timely manner. unsure of coupon code but enclosed the incident number from Angies list concerning refund.

Description of Work: At first Jeff was difficult to contact, but after eventually getting in touch with him, he was supposed to come over and never showed or called to say otherwise. Since I had already gone through the difficulty of the first contact effort and then to not have him show up was enough to get a refund and put my efforts into another provider.

Description of Work: Jeff,was ill,but arrived promptly,knowing I needed his service to convert my dryer from gas to electric.As he was REALLY under the weather,we made an arrangement for him to return for the remainder of work.When he was somewhat better,he called anxious to complete the work which included the removal of 1fan and 1lighting fixture both to be replaced w/new remote-controlled fans w/lights.Jeff completed both tasks with total professionalism[even offering to shorten the bed posts that are too high for the fan].
