They are very good. They have been coming out for several years. It is $39 for each time they come out.

I paid extra. They called to set up an appointment and I was not ready and so, I told them I would call when I was ready.

Fan not working on outside compressor. Required new capacitor. Installed capaciotr and working now. Angie's List Deal : $29 Cost of capacitor/installation: $194.

Awful. Why on earth does Angie's list recommend companies in my area just for these companies to say they don't service my area? What a crock of shit.

I have two AC units on roof that are 29 years old. One of the units had a freon leak that could not be repaired. so instead of replacing just that unti, since both units were 29 years old, I replaced both units with new Lennox AC units plus new condenser coils. Since the ACs were on my roof they had to carry the old units down 3 flights of stairs and the new units up 3 flights of stairs to the roof. All work was done within 6 hrs. No marks were made on my stairway walls and the company cleaned up all messes and debris

Purchased their coupon and even though it asked for convenient service time, I didn't hear from the company. When I called them, I I was told they didn't service my area. Why wouldn't they put that in their coupon fine print? Big hassle to do the research to buy the service, then to call the company, the to call Angies list for a refund.

It was fine. I've used them a couple of times. I was very happy with it that's why I used them a second time.

Service technician was on time and very polite. Went out of his way to explain how the furnace works and how to do basic diagnostic work to my husband. He also went through what types of filters to use and explained why we were having troubles with our furnace. In the end it cost much more than we thought but the visit wasn't routine. Turns out we will need a new furnace this year.

It was okay. It did not cost more than the big deal. I wasn't there but my husband was there. They did a good job. He was there within the time window. The person I scheduled with was fine.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Willie at Freedom Heating and Cooling. I thought our furnace was going to explode and fully expected to pay several hundred dollars to get it fixed. After about two minutes, Willie had pulled a piece of paper from the blower which was causing the horrible noise. Another company could've easily pulled one over on me and told me there was a big problem and made me pay through the nose. But not Willie, he immediately showed me the paper and told me I didn't have a problem. Willie then proceeded to do an inspection, cleaning and tune-up that I purchased on Angie's list for $69. The level of honesty and service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend Willie and Freedom to any of our friends.

It was smooth and easy. All was OK. The service person was friendly and answered questions.

The appointment went exceptionally well. Will was very professional, informative and efficient. Will provided thorough instructions so that I may purchase the correct filter for my humidifier and even took a photo of the model number my phone so that I'd have it handy. He clearly knows all there is to know about furnaces and humidifiers and even seemed rather passionate about his job.
