Excellent service. The technician (Guillermo) was very friendly and he explained everything to me when I asked. His work was done very throughly. I had other vendors do the service before and this is the first time I remember someone taking everything apart, testing and cleaning each part. He worked very neatly. He arrived right on time. I would definitely ask for Guillermo to service us again.

The tech came to the house on time and was very polite. He did his work and informed me of a minor fix that I could do on my own (which I did). Overall great experience.

Rick the technician showed up on time and was very professional. Rick did a very thorough cleaning of both furnaces and didn't excellent job communicating what he was doing and any problems that he found. He diagnosed the problem that I've had at the end of the last heating season and I realize it was a $400 repair. I realize it was necessary and believe that these guys are honest and straightforward. I certainly would hire again.

Incredibly pleased with my experience with Freedom Heating and Cooling. Even though the unit ended up being in great shape, I felt that they really took the time to inspect every inch of it. Willie was great - he explained everything clearly and provided some very helpful tips. They will be my go-to going forward.

I was satisfied with the service both times. They knew what they were doing and our air conditioner continues to work. They've been to my house twice this year and we were very satisfied with the service. We thought our freon was low. He came back and checked it and said the reason that it was running so much was because the humidity was so high. I went up with him and he checked all the pressures and everything was correct. They called us and got there when they said they would. I had a technician who knew what he was doing. He was knowledgeable and that's all I hoped to get. So I would give them an A.

Not quite as I had hoped. Ultimately I got a refund because of some restrictions that were not presented in the Big Deal advertising, or in the confirmation I received after purchase. Technician also failed to arrive during scheduled window so we had to reschedule. Excuse given was person taking my car didn't understand "military time" even though I switched quickly to AM/PM when I recognized her confusion. Restrictions that were presented when trying to reschedule: 1. Cooling system had to be properly functioning for any work to be done. The inspection, cleaning, checking operation, etc. would not be performed, only a repair quote would be provided. 2. Appointment window had to be 4 hours, 3. I had to answer phone call from technician live on day of appointment. If not, he wouldn't come. Had I been aware of these restrictions prior to purchase, I would not have purchased. I consulted with Angie's List to determine who is responsible for completeness and accuracy of Big Deal offers, and they said the Provider. So, while everyone at Freedom was very nice to me, and communicated well, it just wasn't a good match, and the whole situation could have been avoided had the Big Deal been complete and accurate.

Very well. Rick took his time and we felt did a thorough job of cleaning and finding potential problems. We were glad to have this done prior to furnace season. He also check our air conditioning unit.

It was amazing. The employee (Willie) that came out to do the furnace checkup was on time and very thorough. We're first time homeowners and he spent extra time with us discussing how everything worked, proper care, and maintenance of the furnace. He was awesome. I'll be using Freedom Heating & Cooling again... Any time my furnace or A/C needs work.

It went really well the technician was very informative, and gave us a complete status of our furnace. If a problem should occur with our furnace, I would most definitely call freedom heating and cooling!

Never received a call back after they confirmed my service location. Bought two for both my aircondioner and furnace . Submited my service dates preference on August 30. Today is Sept 7 called the company and now they tell me they don't service my area with no reason why. I'm disappointed with the service from both vendors - Angies List and Freedom Heating and cooling.

Went ok. Tech cleaned AC unit to try and address poor cooling. Problem resurfaced two days later. Ended up repairing myself.
