Service was good. Technician was on time and took care of cleaning/changing over our furnaces for fall.

Very reasonably priced, very nice service reps, and very prompt. They do a great job for us.

From scheduling to completion of service Freedom displayed professionalism. The technician that performed the on-site services answered all of my questions and was clear in explanations.

Serviceman called to switch time for appointment, new time actually worked well for me. He was very thorough and made suggestions on what to do to upkeep and prolong the life of the furnace. Only negative is that he didn't put the cover back on properly so came home that evening to find no heat. When I called the company they walked me through how to put the cover back on and problem was resolved.

I was satisfied with the tune up service. The gentleman who came out to perform the tune up seemed honest and knowledgeable. They told me I needed a new air Conditioner and furnace, which I purchased and had them install because they had a sale going on. I'm not sure if I actually got a discount because there was supposed to be a rebate on the appliances, but because the air conditioner just fell short of the energy efficient stipulations (seers) for the rebate, I didn't receive the discount on that. However, I did receive a rebate from the gas company for the new furnace. I took their word for the savings, but am not sure if I actually got them.

Excellent. Technition was great and very helpful.

Technician did a thorough job of checking on and cleaning my air conditioner.

Great. Willie did a great job and provided helpful information that we were using a filter that was no allowing the system to 'breathe' sufficiently.

Very good. Furnace checkup revealed only one part broken.

He added freon for an extra charge.

Furnace check, wanted to charge $120 to replace a $13 capacitor. They wouldn't negotiate down. Second visit, checked my A/C left my plastic wrapping strung about.

The service took about an hour, the workers were communicative. They have a good price for my services.

We were happy with them. They were fine. It cost somewhere between $2,500 & $3,000. There was like a little bit of an argument with some of the stuff. They said they were going to give you one size, then they said they were going to change the size and down grade it a little bit because it was too big, but they weren’t going to take anything off. So there just had to be some negotiations there. If you are giving me a smaller furnace, you should at least knock something off the price. They did, but it took some talking to do. The techs was all great, I think it was the guy that was running it. Their price is pretty much comparable to others that I had looked at on Angie’s List.

I've been using them for years. There was one worker and it took him 30 minutes to complete. He left the area clean.

Other than the fact that I didn't know that I was going to be hit with that additional charge, the service was and A service. They young man was great. Just one person came to complete the service.
