Service representative was on time. One furnace was in a finished room, took appropriate measures to keep space clean. Performed tune-ups, noted items on the older furnace that need to be checked at next tune-up & may need replacement.

He was very nice and checked everything. He topped off the coolant. I was very happy with the service.

The experience was kind of disappointing. The price was very fair. It was the same price as everybody else. The quality of work is where they failed at. They refused to take out a testing device that they were supposed to do and they didn’t do it, so I wasn’t happy about that. I found that very annoying. Responsiveness was fine. They were quick, they were slow, they were fine. I think they were on time, it was fine. For professionalism, refusing to do work. That’s kind of a funny little situation to get into, it was unprofessional.

They responded in timely fashion and let me know they were outside of the area. I appreciated the email. I would use them again if they were in my area.

Willie was sent to inspect multiple A/C units I own in my house. Coincidentally, Willie also conducted furnace inspections 2 years ago and it was good to back the same technican back. Just as 2 years ago, he was punctual, friendly and eager to help. I'm pretty handy, but when it comes to furnace and A/C inspections, I'm a little clueless and I'd have to believe what the technicians tell me. I worked with another A/C company previously and felt ripped off by them. Willie seemed professional and honest last time and I felt the same way again. His verbal explanations for what needs to be done with the A/C units to optimize performance made sense and I was happy to pay to add freon in some units. He left invoices filled with all details, info and data one can imagine and told me that he's leaving all details for me to check. He spent a considerable amount of time checking each A/C unit and it was reassuring. I'll definitely work with them again and hopefully Willie will be the technician again.

They wouldn't honor the deal bought online from Angie's list. Said I was outside their service area. I am a half hour away. I think they priced the service too low since the same deal showed up today for $10 more

Second time that I tried to hire this company from Angie's List. First time they didn't respond on why they never showed up or any form of contact. I needed a furnace tune up back in Feb. Now I need a AC tuneup for the summer and finally contacted me by email saying that the distance to my house was too far . I guess 15 miles away is too much for them. They should remove themselves from Angie's List according to their comfortable distance.

It did not go well at all. The price was outstanding, it seemed too good to be true and it was. Too much wasted time ---deals gone bad and on follow-up refund process. I received an email later in the day on 5/11/17 and call that where I live is not a service area and I would receive a refund immediately 24-48 hours. My problem is the service area(s) should have been noted on the offer and/or a checkout process that does not allowing the transaction based on zip code distance. I sent a Reply email to Angie's List when the refund was not reflected on my account 5/14/17 . I did not receive a reply or response. On 5/19/17 I did an onlilne chat 5/19/17 but the Customer Service Representative Warren hung-up immediately. My typing skills are over 60wpm so it does not take long for me to identify myself. I identified myself to the 2nd CSR, John with my email and phone number. I quickly typed the reason for my online chat and previous follow-up attempts to find out about the return on my account - SEVERAL times. John asked if I wanted to still get it? My question was how and where since I didn't see another offer like this? Then he said, too late, I can't help you I refunded you. HUH, WHAT?! Unacceptable craziness, poor customer service all around beginning with the offer all the way to the horrible Angie's List Customer Service. I wish I would have called another company. The cost would have been $80 more but, far less aggravating, frustrating, waste of time and I still need to find a company to do the service.

Good. They performed services, as expected. They found a couple of issues with the boiler and provided a quote, but said it did not have to be fixed immediately as the season was over. Recommended repairs prior to next heating season.

Technician (Rick) arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything being done. He diagnosed a problem with a capacitor and recommended replacing. I asked what the purpose of the part is and what may have caused the problem. He explained it to me and said it was caused by age (the unit is 17 years old). He told me there was an Angie's List coupon for 10% which was applied to the cost. During the 30 years we have lived in this house, Freedom Heating & Cooling is by far the best HVAC company we have used. I highly recommend them with no reservations. Final cost was $69 for the clean and check, plus $194 for the capacitor. Includes a 1 year warranty on the part and labor.

I have had some very negative experiences with HVAC companies. I keep my fingers crossed when I choose a new one. Then the offer seemed 'to good to be true'! Yet I can state without any reservation that the skilled expertise deserves a straight A to my years of hiring service people. For the first time in over 12 years, this young man alerted me to the fact that the unit was not on solid ground! I had never noticed, nor did ANY OF THE MANY HVAC companies alert me to a missing base under the unit. In fact I purchased the house and it past inspection without any comment! He also suggested the company could help with this issue. As time progressed I realized they had not adequately or thoroughly checked the entire system. I experienced a vapor or moisture leaking out on the furnace and on the basement floor .

Guillermo did the most thorough job than any prior tune-ups I had for the system. He tested every component, including the capacitor. And he cleaned outdoor unit by removing the fan and with complete access to the interior. The unit is like new again. Highly recommend this service and Guillermo. You will not any better than this.

Very well. Replaced a weak capacitor on the furnace to prevent future problem. Freon a little low but serviceable on the AC.
