Description of Work: Ordered the Big Deal for a place we are moving into. Received a call from the provider to schedule the A/C cleaning. When I called back and gave the address, they informed us that they don't service that zip code. They were very polite, but in short told me I'd need to contact Angie's List to get a refund.

Wonderful customer service.
Description of Work: This company was excellent and on time. I would recommend them for the professionalism and convenance but also a nuance. The technician carefully and correctly pointed out an inherent problem with my system that will cost me $1000s of dollars if not correct. Great.
Description of Work: They did a great job in cleaning the ducts and asked if they could help with anything else. I had a humidifier installed on my furnace by another company 3 years prior. The other company could not get the humidity above 20% and blamed it on my windows. This company installed their own and we can get the humdity where we want it. What a relief. They really helped me out.
