Description of Work: The motor on our furnace blower died just before we went to bed. I called Freedom, who promised to have a tech out the next day. The tech arrived in the early afternoon. He replaced the motor pretty quickly. However, it had a slight vibration, which he pointed out to me. Considering that the tech had worked on the vibration for a while and that he had other calls to make, I agreed that we would wait a day or two to see if the vibration got better or worse. The tech had no problem noting the vibration on the receipt, so that it was documented. Of course, the vibration got worse. Freedom had no problem sending out the tech again. The solution was to use an impact driver, which delivers more torque, when attaching the motor to the mounting bracket. Initially, the tech only hand-tightened the bolts to the mounting bracket. Yes, I wish the tech did not have to come out. But I prefer a tech who's a little more cautious, as opposed to one who will over-tighten something that doesn't need it. I've been very happy with Freedom's service and will gladly use them again.
