Description of Work: The tech who came out first reviewed my entire AC system. He explained to me step by step what everything is and if it was in good/bad shape. Once he figured out what the problem was he gave me a couple options on how to proceed all varying in price, then recommended what he thinks I should do. I chose to replace my AC unit, he knocked off 500 bucks and got the install date set up before leaving. Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We just moved into a foreclosure, and we had Freedom come out to look at our furnace and AC. They were very professional. The used a special camera to show my husband the large cracks in the furnace, and explained that operating the furnace was a hazard to us. They immediately gave us a quote for a replacement system.
