Description of Work: They serviced my AC, and advised me that 1 part may need replacement. Their pricing was expensive,and I thought I'd rather get the part online. I did not take care of this immediately, and sure enough it burned out within 2 weeks or so on a very hot day. They came back on the same day, did not charge me for the service call, but I paid their price for the part, and got their warranty. I think it is usual for parts to cost much more if you by them from the service providers. Overall, they were nice, professional, and able to explain every detail.

Description of Work: Our condo basement gas heater had not been working for some years, no one knew how to fix it. Since last winter was particularly brutal, we called in Freedom. It took them fifteen minutes to determine it was a loose connection and get the heater started again! We will definitely use them the next time something goes wrong.

Description of Work: They did a good thorough job on the furnace/AC/water heater clean and check. They replaced a part we didn't know would need to be replaced for $116. I asked for them to get back to me with a quote on a house air purification system, and had to call several times to remind them about that. Also, they left an expensive camera device here, which despite me calling several times over many weeks, they never picked it up.

Description of Work: Bought the big deal A/C inspection. Serviceman was on time, courteous, and willing to answer my questions. He cleaned and checked the air handler in my attic and the A/C unit outside my house. He showed me it was low in freon and replaced it (at additional cost, of course). Pleasant experience overall.

Hi there, we see that the most negative rating we have on this review is the price. We do quote prices before beginning any services or repairs that need to be done, we also make sure the price is agreed upon before doing any service or repair which usually is confirmed by a signature. At times prices can be surprising, when servicing equipment such as HVAC systems and we think it may be due to the fact that we tend not to think about these appliances until something goes wrong with them, and by the time issues are realized it can get expensive to make the repairs needed to make them work. We are fairly competitive when it comes to pricing, we make sure to not overcharged for the work that needs to be done so we can keep our customers for life. For this reason, we are constantly doing research on what is out there, would you believe that many companies charge $120.00 just to get a technician to your home? It's absolutely true, there are many companies that may not even be licensed and bonded whom charge that much if not more to just as the trip charge, meaning that the cost is simply to get their technician to come to your home, meaning that there is no time on diagnostics even included with that charge! We do wish you a wonderful holiday weekend, and hope you have a great spring and summer. We thank you so much for the review, these reviews help us grow as a company by learning how customers may feel and we truly appreciate it.
