Freedom Heating & Cooling

Freedom Heating & Cooling came out to provide an estimate to replace an old furnace and AC unit. I never received the estimate. They did call a week later to try and sell their AC tune up service. I told them I wasn't interested in the tune up and then let them know I never received my quote. They put me on the phone with another person and I was told I'd get the quote soon. Never got it. I took time off of work to be there for the estimate.

Sarge was great. Cleaned the filters and helped me know how to maintain on my own, and on what schedule. Very thoroughly cleaned the aging outside A/C unit, and let me know what to expect with its upcoming inevitable demise. Thanks!

I had an appointment set up and specifically discussed the timing of the appointment and calls regarding my work schedule when placing the appointment. They said it would not be a problem. However, they did not call within the discussed time frame and canceled the appointment without leaving any voicemails or notifications. I found out by calling them after they did not show at the specified time and was told I was marked as unavailable and the appointment cancelled for the day.

Very good! They arrive on time, very polite and answer all my questions and their deals are reasonable.

Excellent service and nice people. Called Freedom Heating and Cooling on a Monday morning due to a noisy furnace and no heat. Rick came out within a few hours, replaced a part and had heat back on immediately.

Called company to setup a service call and was given an estimated time and the cost of the service call was explained right up front. Later the technician called with an updated ETA. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He assessed the error and the possible causes and checked them all. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything as he went through the diagnostic. I felt he went above and beyond and never felt he was rushing to finish. He found two items that were causing the problem, and rectified them. Thankfully no parts were damaged. Great customer service and I learned a lot about my furnace too. Thanks Willie.

I was charged $180 for 15 minutes required to service my HVAC. I had no choice due to the sale of my home, and the service was performed as requested. However with more time I would have found another service provider with reasonable pricing.

WOW. Great heating and air conditioning company. I've some of the other big names (4 Seasons, etc) in the past, but Freedom doesn't even compare. They really spend the time with you to answer all your questions and do a thorough check of my system. While I did have a 14 year old A/C system, the technician never tried to sell me in upgrading my system.. He just explained it was an older system using older freon but at the time (14 years ago) the bryant system was one of the best on the market. He explained why over the last 14 years Lennox is starting to outperform Bryant, etc. He explained his company sells whatever manufacturer but that their company keeps track of brand maintenance issues, etc over the years. The technician was patient, friendly, professional, and very informative about heating and A/C. I will definitely use Freedom again. They spent over 60-90 minutes reviewing everything on my system and even gave me ideas on how to minimize airflow and thus cool the house faster. GREAT! Thank you Freedom Heating and Cooling. They were okay. Provided average service. Tried to sell me additional services that other providers did not. For the price was just average. Will use another provider next year.
