Description of Work: They performed a tune up and cleaning service on both of my furnaces. Rick, our technician was prompt and very thorough with his inspection.

Description of Work: Freedom did preventative maintenance on my furnace and humidifier. I did have a issue with the humidifier immediately following and contacted Freedom. Someone was out the same day to fix the issue. What I like about Freedom, and why I keep using them, is their customer service. I only rated quality as B because they had to come back this visit.

Description of Work: I Purchased the $29 Furnace Inspection, Cleaning, and Tune-Up. They called me to set up the appointment. Sean called be before my time window on the scheduled day and asked if he could come a few minutes early. That was great! He came in and aksed me if I had any questions or concerns. He listened to and addressed all of them. He gave recommendations to help get more consistant air flow and heat throughout the house. Sean was both knowledgealbe and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Vendor is located a distance from me, however, I called Angie's to make sure that I was indeed in their service area as the deal described. The Angie agent checked and ensured me that I was. I purchased the deal and when I emailed the vendor to set the date for the work, they did not reply for several days. I then called and vendor told me I was too far away for them and to cancel my deal. I was truly displeased.

Description of Work: We did the basic furnace check up and bought a humidifier filter (extra). The furnace is pretty new so there wasn't a lot to do but they showed up on time, gave a call ahead as promised, were professional while here and explained what they were doing as they want along, showed me the replacement filter. The Angie's List price was impossible to beat. I will check them first in spring for an ac cleaning.

Description of Work: A/C tuneup. They showed up on time, had no issues explaining what he was doing at any given time. Suggested a repair and adding some refrigerant but didn't push too h****** either front. Showed me why he suggested these two things (showed me the gauge showing slightly low pressure, and measured the capacitor to show it is out of tolerance). Was happy with the service, and it was definitely a good value.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Workers took several cigarette breaks. Took parts out and Then stated parts needing replacement. Wanted over $400 for job if done. Refused and made them put parts back. |This was a $29 deal, not what resulted

The technician, Rick was very professional and patient in answering my questions and concerns. I will be very willing to answer evaluation form regarding purchase of furnace through Angie's list.
