Description of Work: They did the cleaning for the great price offered on Angie's list. Then they came back and replaced the flame sensor. I was told on the phone that the total cost of that would be $158. However, they tacked on a $60 service fee upon installation that I was not informed about when I had previously talked to them on the phone. This was disappointing.

Hi there, we do apologize for any miss communication, in this case we really did try to explain to the owner and the tenant of the proper charges for coming back out. In any case there is always a service charge for the tech to come out, whether we were there previously or not unless there are warranty issue, which in that case we'd wave the service charge. Hello there, we do apologize for the miss-communication that had happen, in this case when the call was placed it was unknown that this was a tank-less water heater. Unfortunately these types of water heaters are not the type we are able to work on at this time. We truly did not mean to waste any ones time by scheduling, it does get difficult to distinguish the difference in water heaters at times, these types of water heaters are generally for commercial units and as for now we are unable to work on them. Again, we do apologize for the miss-communication. Thank you for giving us a try, we hope you have a wonderful holiday season and spring and also summer.
