Description of Work: I own a 2 flat building in Chicago and had purchased a coupon for $29.00 to service one of my two furnaces. Sean came and was fantastic. When I explained about the coupon, and the additional furnance, he agreed to also service my 2nd furnace whle he was there for a discount of regular price since I was an Angie List member. The above approximate cost includes both coupon value and service for 2nd furnance. Without hesitation, if I have any problems, I will call Freedom Heating to my rescue!!

Description of Work: I bought two coupons off Angie's List for this company: 1) $69 for furnace inspection, cleaning, tune-up and 2) $55 for water heater servicing. Shortly after purchasing these coupons online, I was messaged via Angie's List by Mike to contact them for an appointment. When I called to schedule, Mike was very polite and was able to schedule an appointment that worked for my schedule. Sean was the technician that called about 20-30 minutes before his arrival. He was very friendly and took the time to tell me a bit about the work he was doing. Overall, I was please with the service.

Description of Work: Work up at 5am in the morning to a cold house..put a call into Freedom, I thought it would be an answering service, but it was a person. They said a serviceman would be at the house at 8am, but got a call at 7:30 and Max said he was on his way. Max was very punctual and professional....found the problem and fixed it. He suggested we have the furnace cleaned because it had never been serviced since we got it..2 years in April....luckily the furnace was an easy fix, clog in a valve that was dirty. Would not think twice about calling Freedom again...have recommended them to friends and family many times. Professional, punctual, and very fair in their prices.

Description of Work: They replaced downstairs furnace and replaced faulty parts on upstairs furnace. We just moved into the house so they showed me how the entire system worked, upstairs and down, as well as the humidifier. Very friendly staff.

Description of Work: I would have given Freedom Heating and Air Conditioning A's across the board. The only draw back is they charge a 69.00 service call charge that they don't apply towards the completing of the project. And that being said I still would use them again.
