Hi there, we do apologize for any miss-communication, in cases like this where we find certain issues we do make note of it on our invoices, the only thing is that there are so many invoices that do come through the office and we do leave it up to the customer to call if they want the repair done based on the recommendations left on these invoices. Description of Work: The technician from Freedom came out quickly and reviewed our furnace problem. It's a very old electric furnace that needs a part replaced that the technician said may be impossible to find (no longer made)or the furnace may need to be replaced. Understood. However, we waited over a week before he called us back to give us an update regarding 1. the replacement part and 2. the cost of putting in a new furnace. He left me a voicemail saying 'still looking'. After another week went by we called to find out if there had been an update, were met with attitude and again no update. Sorry we bothered you with our business. We found another company, not through Angie's List, who came out same day and within three days provided us with an estimate for a new furnace (Needs to be replaced. Again, understood). We'll probably be using them very soon.
