Guillermo arrived on time and worked quickly. He has done our a/c cleaning before, and he always does a great job. Will definitely use Freedom again!

Service man was polite -- checked both units and set my mind to rest.

I have used Freedom Heating and Cooling for the past 3 years and have been very happy with the level of service I have received. They're very professional, on time, and responsive.

Freedom AC was very responsive. They contacted me several times to let me know that they had openings in their schedule and could come early. Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of that but I appreciated the effort nonetheless. They arrived on time on the scheduled date. We had a 4-hour window, 12 to 4. They called ahead to let us know they were 20 minutes out and arrived around 12:30. The service rep was very courteous, explained exactly what they he was going to do, where he would be working, how much time he expected it to take. He always put shoe covers on when he came in the house. The service rep spend quite some time on each of the units. The units are older and he advised that, while they are still working, they will eventually need to be replaced. He itemized the work that he did on each unit. He also identified things that we should monitor over time. We appreciated that there was no heavy pressure or upsell. Overall, very pleased with their promptness, workmanship, professionalism and honesty.

They were able to come out the same day I called and arrived at the beginning of the 4 hour window of arrival given. They were very friendly and explained exactly what they did and why they needed to do it. My house was already cooling off before they left.

Less than a week after the repair was made, my air conditioner has burned out. I have it set at a reasonable temperature, and it's very hot inside. I checked the air conditioning unit, and it was red-hot. The pipes were also hot. I really hope the unit isn't ruined now, because it could be. I've tried multiple times to get to get ahold of them

Great! The coupon felt like too good a value to pass up and the employee was timely and communicative about the results of the check up and the need for and cost of the additional maintenance work that he subsequently performed. Would definitely use this company and coupon again in the future.

Very efficient and told us our air conditioners are old, but are in great condition.

It went very well. Technician arrived on time and spent adequate time working on each unit cleaning and checking the performance. One of the units did need a part that was extra but that is expected on aging equipment.

Very well, they walked me through steps being taken, pressure readings, advice on needed servicing, and did a thorough job with the cleaning and inspection. They never rushed me to make the next purchase.

Went great. Very punctual; called ahead; was quiet when I had to jump on a conference call; gave me a good summary of issues at the end.

Everything checked out and the technician cleaned the condenser coil. No repairs were required.

DO NOT USE THEM, BUYER BEWARE. Paid for a $39.00 special that was being offered through Angie's List. Called to schedule appointment a couple of days after purchasing it since they did not call me, although it said they would on the voucher. When I called I told the woman that I was going to have to take a day off of work for the service call since I work far from home. The day of the service call I received a phone call at 8:30 telling me that they could not come and would have to reschedule. I explained that I had taken the day off of work to have this done, so he then said that he could have someone do it. I waited all day, no one showed up and I never received a phone call. Have not heard a word since. Very unprofessional. They should not be offering these deals if they are unable to follow through!

Aside from being rescheduled in anticipation of rain, which for the first appointment it did not rain, the technician was professional and was very knowledgeable about explaining what was necessary for me to know concerning my air conditioner condenser, compressor and fan. I would definitely re-hire Freedom Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend them.

Everything went great and the price was fair

Guillermo was great. He explained the A/C operating system. He was very professional and courteous. He arrived promptly. The only reason I graded punctuality good vs excellent is because the original appointment had to be rescheduled and then the dispatcher actually sent him earlier then the time frame originally provided. Fortunately I could accommodate the change.

Do Not Use this company unless you want to be scammed. Had technician, Mauro, out for a routine A.C. check. Our air conditioning was working fine prior to Freedom's visit, cool air came out and continued to do so until the the set temp on our thermostat was reached, but the A.C. WOULD NOT turn back on when the technician was leaving. When asked why it wasn't turning on now Mauro's reason was for that a part of the unit was working intermittently and while he walked inside from working on our unit it could have stopped working altogether, he couldn't be sure. He also as gave as an excuse for it not coming on that the older units took a few minutes to kick on, whereas I knew for our unit that it turned on immediately after we adjusted our thermostat. The A.C. never turned back on after Mauro's visit. We called the company to report the problem and were yelled at by the manager and told that she didn't believe our side of what happened and accused us of lying . She also told my husband that she didn't believe him, because of how many people call her to report similar problems, which in her eyes was proof that most of her customers were trying to SCAM her!

They called before they came. They gave me a time window of when they would come. The guy who came did a good job. I tried to buy another deal for the same thing recently, but they no longer service my area.

It never happened. Angie's List had a promo and I scheduled a date but company said Angie's list doesn't provide them with offer details and they couldn't honor mine at the date scheduled

All good, tune up was done as scheduled.

Went great. Repair complete in a cost effective manner and very efficient. Then they cleaned the unit.

Great price for what they did. Straightforward.

These guys were very accommodating & priced fairly. They initially installed a smaller furnace unit and had to come back to swap it out for a larger one. All I had to pay was the difference and they took care of it quickly.
