Excellent. The tech explained what he was doing, and why. I hired them a lot, and all techs are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Willie offered honest advice and informed me that there wasn't an issue with the AC unit and there was an issue with the Thermostat. He walked me through troubleshooting the issue which worked and overall resulted in a lesser cost than what I anticipated. Overall I would definitely do business with the company.

Great. The technician explained as he worked and did a great job. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me maintenance advice and showed me how to change the filters. I never had forced air before, so never had to deal with filters.

The tech was friendly and quickly discovered the problem and repaired it. He told me to cut back a bush that was growing too close to the unit. I will definitely have them come back if needed.

Importantly, he did not pressure me to get anything done, and gave me a realistic assessment of the issues and when and if they could become major. I appreciate the honesty. Came out same day to check problem. Got a call from owner to tell me what to do until they got there. They came the next business day to install. Very efficient, neat and helpful. Very good experience.

They've been really good. They found a problem that others haven't found and fixed it for us. I think that was in 2014. They came out just to clean it and we said we have a problem so they came out the next day and put in a new relief feeder.

I am not displeased and will continue to use them. They seem fine. I have no reason not to use them again. The workers were personable and left the area clean.

We recently bought a house and wanted a second opinion on our heating and cooling. Freedom had a really great deal on AL so we decided to go with it. They were easy to schedule with and came on time. The tech did a very thorough job. Will use them again.

It was $675 which costs a lot because freon is expensive but cheaper then 4000 that the one guy told me i had to replace it. It was very easy and the owner came out first because we told them we thought we needed a new unit. He came out on Wednesday and then he just realized it is cooling, said if there was a leak in it, it would not be cooling like this. He set up a guy to come out and he was prompt, went over the bill with me, and they were really a cut above. I thought they were really good.

They have been great. They are very up front. They don't push you into things you don't need. They give you their assessments and then kind of give you "Well this is how long this is likely going to last if you want to get in front of it, this is what I would recommend doing", and they let you make your own decision. They don't push to do stuff, which I really appreciate and value any company that is going to work at my house. We found them in an ad and we was like "Are we going to use them, yes!" They did a great job for what we needed. I don't have anything to compare their price with, but it seemed like a good price from the research I did.

It went very well. The fan motor on the compressor for the old unit failed. Also, the capacitor was failing. The old unit was 12 years old. So we decided to just install a new unit. Freedom had a crew out later that day and completed the installation by about 5:00PM. All of the crew were friendly, courteous, and conscientious. They gladly answered the questions I had regarding the new unit. They cleaned up all of the areas they worked in. I didn't have to pick up anything after they left. I've previously used Freedom for several other service calls, as well as yearly maintenance. I'll definitely call on them again.

Called them on a Sunday and made an appointment for Monday. They arrived on time and gave a quote that was reasonable. They came back on Friday, on time, and completed the work. Highly recommend their services. All this occurred after we had terrible experiences with 2 other companies and didn't have air conditioning for a month!

Bought a AC tune up deal on Angie's List. The guy came out and basically tricked me into buying a new capacitor on the spot. Its my fault for saying yes but these guys will charge you more when they get there, thats how they make money. He also said the AC would run colder and what not which was a bunch of crap. I noticed NO CHANGE in my AC. I looked up the capacitor price on google and its a $20 part that took 5 min to change out and charged me $149. These guys carry capacitors with them so they can rip people off. I would never hire these clowns again. STICK TO THE OLD SAYING...IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT.
