Willie came out when one of my furnaces stopped running and helped troubleshoot several problems to get it running again quickly and at a reasonable price. I've used Freedom for maintenance for several years, too, and their techs have always done a great job of explaining what's happening when there is something above and beyond normal maintenance that needs to be addressed (and of not upcharging or upselling for things I don't need).

They were on time and did the tune up in a reasonable time. He told me what he was doing and everything went well.

I bought the basic Furnace maintenance package but they technicians wound up doing a much more detailed cleaning and parts replacement service for me as the previous owner of my home had never had the furnace serviced in the 13 years since its installation. The tech was able to clearly explain to me what was wrong, what needed to be done, and how much it would all cost. They were even able to perform the work that day so I didn’t need to take more time out to deal with the issue. Very professional, straightforward, efficient, and effective. Will definitely have them back for a more routine maintenance service next year!

Everything went as I expected it would. Freedom Heating service people are always very competent and I know that Willie, who came out today, or any of his associates will get the job done correctly. Freedom has been my go to HVAC company for several years now and I have no complains about their work.

Terribly!!! Stay away!!! My furnace was working fine, but I thought I should get an annual service and cleaning. The technician did his service and inspection and said the flame sensor was dirty and the transformer was going bad and and he replaced them. He told me my furnace was a good furnace and in good condition. They charged me $300 for the cleaning and parts replacement, which I didn't think unreasonable. An hour after he left, I heard a loud humming from the transformer he just replaced. I called him back and he came back and said the "new part" must have been defective. But a week afterward my furnace was having problems. I called them back and they sent out a different technician. He looked at it, told me the exact opposite of everything the first technician told me, and said I need a new furnace at a cost of $5,000. They charged me $200 for doing nothing. I called a different company, and they fixed it with a new flame sensor (the same part the first technician replaced so it was obviously a defective "new" part). I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy!!! Avoid them like the plague!!!

The guys from Freedom are always friendly, timely and professional. I won't use anyone else but Freedom.

This is a terrific company. Easy to book, and Willie, in particular, is terrific. He explains what he’s doing, gives good tips (like use the cheaper one-month filters if you don’t have lots of pet hair), and is just an all-around nice guy. And because the technicians don’t work on commission, there is no trying to up sell or tell you that work needs to be done when it doesn’t. This was the third time we’ve used them, and I highly recommend them.
