Very nice, low pressure staff member helped us select the tile we eventually bought. They had a good selection by price, style and colors. We took home five samples. We selected the tile and the tiler picked them up and included the cost in his price.

The customer service was fine and I didn't have any problems. We ordered the carpet and they installed it within four days. There were no issues with scheduling.

I've used Floors and Walls exclusively for the past 5 years for everything from replacing my kitchen floor, painting (kitchen cabinets, all rooms and woodwork) and carpet installation. I like the friendly professional service they offer and how they patiently answer all my questions. All work was done with high quality and on time. If problems arose, and there weren't many, I was kept informed. You couldn't ask for a better experience.

They were very helpful and we had a great experience. They always make suggestions. We would go back and we would highly recommend them.

We've purchased paint and accessories from Floors and Walls Unlimited before, but this was the first time using their installation services. Received helpful recommendations when selecting materials. Work started sooner and finished more quickly than promised. Excellent quality installation, with some nice details, like how mitered tiles were used at transitions and how wall tile fit to ceiling angles. All debris was cleaned up.

They are very pleasant and professional. It was a hard job but they had no problem.

They also installed carpeting for me in the past. Their subcontractors do an excellent job, get everything done quickly, and I've recommended them to others.

MY EXPERIENCE, OVERALL, HAS BEEN VERY PLEASANT. FIRST OF ALL, THE SELECTION WAS VERY WIDE.. I FOUND NICER TILES HERE THAN AT OTHER COMPETING BIG FLOOR TILE COMPANY. THE TRANSACTION WAS VERY PERSONAL. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE ANOTHER RUSHED CUSTOMER. THE ATMOSPHERE IS ONE OF EVERYONE KNOWS ONE ANOTHER. ALL THE STAFF I TALKED TO WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY NICE AND RESPONSIVE. I HAD A VERY OLD FLOOR, WHICH I REPLACED WITH A CERAMIC FLOOR WITH GROUT. IT IS VERY NICE, AND THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY REASONABLE. OVERALL THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, AND VERY SERVICE MINDED. DIDN'T FEEL LIKE ANOTHER RUSHED CUSTOMER.
