AJAX Tree Service

Called Arlington Arborists (past customer) and these guys called me and said they were part of the team. Showed up in a truck with Ajax which was thoroughly confusing to me and said their son owned Arlington Arborists. They came same day as initial call which was good. Did a brief walk through of the property and they quoted a high price to do a “5-Star” quality job on the trees. Verbally told me two trees trimmed would be $900. He must have noticed the price shock for trimming two mature trees because he then said he’ll throw in tree cleanup for three other mature trees on my property at no charge. I felt like they priced the job based solely on where I live versus the requirements of the job. It also felt really shady that they presented themselves as another service provider I used in the past and showing up in a different truck. There just seemed to be a lack of professionalism that I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with them. I was given a verbal quote only and they didn’t have their own crew or were licensed and bonded. They also didn’t tell me what the difference is between 5-Star and Cleanup service. Had I been more interested in their service I would’ve asked for more but I had seen enough at that point to know it was a solid no with Ajax.

I called and they came over the same day I was pressed for time because of upcoming concrete work and they scheduled for the next morning. They arrived on time and did a great job the vines were overgrown into my fence they were done quickly and did a thorough clean up including the debris that landed in my neighbors yard. I would use them again .
