Description of Work: I originally called Service Tech for commercial service. I was very happy and impressed with the service I received and have since also used them for some residential service at my home. Marv, the owner, and all his staff have always been extremely friendly, professional and punctual. Their pricing has always been fair and it's nice that they fix the problem and do not try to recommend service or repairs that are not needed. Overall excellent experience, I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Service Tech fixes everything quickly and cost effectively. I can't imagine calling anyone else for HVAC issues!
Description of Work: We've been calling Service Tech for every HVAC issue we've had since we bought our 'fixer-upper' house. They are extremely responsive and professional. Every experience has been fabulous. We've had Hot Water Heater problems, furnace problems, Air conditioning problems.

Fran, who works in the office, was able to put me on the schedule the next day even though temperatures outside were heating up and I'm sure they were busy. Though we had little knowledge of the A/C system and Marv had never seen it before, he quickly figured out why there was no power. We can't say enough good things about Service Tech and Marv, the owner. He has solved a variety of HVAC problems for us over the years; a leaking cooling unit, a faulty temperature regulator for a wine cellar, a freon line that was drilled into by the cable company, a blocked drainage line for the space pack system, just to name just a few. Marv is an extremely intelligent, honest, and friendly individual. He is always willing to offer creative and cost effective solutions. We feel fortunate that our building recommended Service Tech and we would highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: There was no power to the thermostat of an A/C system for a rental unit. Though you could see electrical running to the thermostat, Marv determined this particular thermostat is run by battery.
