We just finished a project with Renew Windows & Siding in December 2022. We had all the windows in the house (16) replaced with new windows and new siding. The work workmanship was amazing and the installation team did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything when they were completed. Working with Steve was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different options we had. Steve kept in constant communication as the project progressed. I would highly recommend Renew Windows & Siding.

From the moment Steve showed up to our home to help quote our windows, the experience was comfortable, low-pressure, and unexpectedly speedy! Weâ d already made up our minds on another company when Steve arrived, as theyâ d sold us on their warranty and product, which was â unmatchedâ . Then, Steve came in with a more reasonable price, a turnaround time of 6 weeks instead of 6 months, a great product, the same amazing warranty (backed up by his incredibly personal service and support), and a knowledge of his product the other company lacked. He caught several up-sells the other rep snuck by us, and pointed out some impossible promises the other rep has made that would have resulted in us hating the final look of our home. The installation crew was punctual (my biggest complaint about the job, because Iâ m not a punctual person OR a morning person myself), polite, protected my home with detailed pre work to protect carpets and flooring, and super efficient. The whole house was done in 2 days. The carpets were in better shape than when Iâ d left as they vacuumed up dust, and saved me a chore I hate. Since the windows have been installed, my curtains no longer flutter when thereâ s a big breeze. My home is significantly quieterâ ¦ I hadnâ t realized it was so LOUD until the absence of sound was here. I canâ t wait to see my first gas bill with windows that donâ t leak. We did order a tinted glass window for our bathroom, which came in untinted. Steve immediately took care of it, which Iâ m sure my neighbors appreciate. He also helped us change our order once it was in to add a second tinted window to our kids bathroom, which looks great. I texted Steve earlier to let him know my toddler has been petting his new bathroom window and cooing â window!â so suffice to say, everyone loves the job his team has done. He was the most responsive and helped us figure out the best options for our needs. Great service, fast lead times, quality work, and competitively priced. Steve was very professional when he came over for the estimate. He noticed a few things that the other companies didn't when they gave their estimates. The install went well, Tom and Peter were very professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up at end of each day. Highly recommended am very pleased how the whole job came turned out.

I would have given 10 stars if I could. The quality is top notch. The contractors are very experienced,detail oriented and thorough. Going through such a big expense is so vitally important to hire the right people. They transformed my run down siding and rotted wood trim into a master showpiece! We had a great experience with Steve and his crew. Steve was in touch and very attentive during the entire process, always got back to me promptly when I had a question. His pricing was right in line with our middle bids. Tom and Peter did all the work. They arrrived at the same time every morning and tidied up every evening before they left. They were very polite, asked questions and kept us updated with their progress. Their craftsmanship is exceptional and they even went above and beyond with some of the details. We couldnâ t be happier with the process and our new siding!

While doing the estimate Steve was very informative. Tom and Peter the guys doing the installation kept me posted as to what was going on. If they had any questions on what I wanted they would ask me. They are very nice and hardworking guys. Everyday before they left they made sure the area was clean. They really went above and beyond when they would take there lunch they made sure the gates were closed so I could let my 2 dogs out. That was very thoughtful and kind. I was very pleased with the final job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a siding job done. They are definitely a 5 star company!
