Steve, owner and the crew Tom and Peter were professional, organized, and meticulously detailed, All wonderful to work with. Scheduling, planning and completion all happened as Steve said it would. Tom and Peter answered and addressed all questions/concerns immediately and were very pleasant. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had gotten a quote from another vendor and had a couple other guys take a look at the house. Only heard back from the one and his quote was high. Steve showed up to give us a quote for new siding and we had an acceptable number in 40 minutes. The workmanship and attention to detail by his crew was exceptional. Every time I turned around I noticed fine work, they took no shortcuts and were only concerned with our house, not the next job. They did the work that was expected and more. I couldn't recommend them more highly and wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

Great experience with Renew. This was a big project so of course we were nervous about finding a contractor who could get the job done right at a reasonable price. We found the right guy and the right crew. Steve was great to work with. We did have a miscommunication at the very beginning but Steve handled it professionally which made us that much more comfortable hiring him. As for price we quoted with 4 other contractors and Renew was the most competitive for the scope of the project (tear off, insulation, house wrap, Hardie siding, Hardie trim, aluminum fascia and gutters) Tom and Peter did the installation. They are incredible at what they do and you can tell they ve been working together for a long time. They are meticulous in their work making sure things look right and are installed to last. Our house is custom built so there are a lot of cuts, corners, and areas that needed a bit more craftsmanship than the average installer could pull off. We were blown away with how good it turned out. Tom and Peter also helped us with a few things that they really didn t have to and they cleaned up everyday. These two guys finished the job on schedule in just two weeks which is amazing for the size of the project. You will not be disappointed if Tom and Peter work on your house. Can t say enough about them. Overall and most important we have zero regrets for the amount of money we spent with Renew. When we look at the house we feel good about our investment and would highly recommend Steve and crew to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. Steve worked with us on our many choices and provided a very detailed estimate...prompt scheduling...very competitive price. Installation crew was terrific...prompt...polite...careful with property..cleaned up each day. Most critically.. house looks fantastic! We updated the look of the house and are thrilled with the outcome.

We had one a lot of research on siding types and had talked with another installer and we were not happy with what we heard. I then did some research on other installers and found Steve. I was impressed with the reviews and his resume. I believe you can check him out on Linked In. Steve came to our house, analyzed our situation and, after going through the siding options, recommended that we install an LP wood product. We researched that product and found an industry author who considered it superior to the leading cement siding product. Steve also provided design ideas and touches that we liked and adopted. He gave us a quote that we thought was fair and we were off to the races. Of course, materials and design are only the first part of a job. Installation is the second. Steve assured us that he only works with installers with whom he has a long term relationship and whom he trusts to do a first class job. Tom and Peter did the installation and as far as I can see they were craftsmen, not a term I use lightly. Plus they were courteous and professional. And they left the job site spotless. We are very satisfied with the completion of the project which, by the way, was done on schedule. Of course the project was just finished two weeks ago. However, based upon my experience with Steve to date, I believe we won't have any problem getting him to fix any glitches that might come up.

Upon meeting with the owner for the consultation, he was very knowledgable on the product and took the time to educate us about the types of windows out there and what is available for our needs and budget. I learned so much about windows during that time. There was no rushing and he did not leave until we had every question answered and understood what was being said. Then the installers came out and were very professional, courteous and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up as if no work was ever performed. I highly recommend this company! We are very pleased with the end result.

Very happy with the siding on my house. Very professional and friendly group. Workmen did a wonderful job and cleaned up every day making it a very pleasant experience. Steve , the owner, was very helpful in helping me make choices for the job. I would highly recommend this company, definitely first class.

Owner doesn t care about quality of hardie installation. Just uses excuses about his installers. I wouldn t recommend this company at all. They haven't been in business for long and the owner Steve P. Has no customer service skills and lies from sale to finish of job. Gets upset when you catch his installers taking short cuts. Threatens to lien your property when you ask him to correct work prior to being paid. Do your homework before using this siding installer.

Owner was great to work with.The crew was excellent, they were on time did great work, cleaned up and hauled away the old material. I am very happy with their work and will hire them again for a project next year. Very satisfied with this company.

The owner is a lair scab. His response took 4 months to get that far had to go to arbitration and I lost because I did not take before and after pictures of my house that I was redoing. I hired this company to do a professional job and he nickel and dimes i ask to have house ready for gutter to be installed. I wouldn't hire him for my worst enemy he s a liar and does crappy work. I would send my address but home adviser won' t allow it. Wasted 17k on a lousy company. My first review was 5 stars until the issue come up his crew sided all the way up to roof line. No way to install gutters I told him I had a gutter company coming to install them needed house ready for them. I was assuming the job to be done correctly my house is 800 sq feet paid $10600.i would give negative 5 if I could Buyer beware doesn't stand behind his work but stands behind his Bogus contract like a scab worker not doing the job correctly. So when he says he offered to fix it it was only after home adviser got involved and wanted a resolution and what he doesn' t say he would only do it if I recant my review, great guy right. I'm not bitter just warning other consumer to beware. What comes around goes around.
