They destroyed my dryer vent cover on the outside. Did not tell me just walked away like nothing happened. They have yet to call me back.

Excellent experience! I was able to reach someone when I called versus having to leave a message. And they were able to schedule with me the following day. Technicians did a great job inside and outside. They left everything as clean as when they arrived. I was very happy with the service!

Prompt arrival. Advised me of areas of concern and spent 30+ minutes vacuuming out dryer vent into attic area. Incredibly thorough. Will use again.

Went well, dryer is much more efficient now. Inquired about having my flexible in-wall ducting changed to solid ducting. Was told by the technician that someone would be in touch with me shortly regarding this upgrade. Have not heard back in over 2 months.

Arrived on time. Worker was friendly and job was done quickly.

Arrived and were efficient and polite. Only issue I had was that I had new carpet installed and asked them to take off shoes- so they took off shoes but then walked outside in their socks and came back in house.....They removed a birds nest and even saved the birds.. Would definitely recommend

I originally called the Frankfort number and received a call back stating my number was forwarded to the Indiana contractor. The Indiana contractor called back and left a message. I returned the call and left a message stating that I would like an estimate for a dryer vent cleaning. Did not receive a call back. Called a week or so later stating that I never received a return call. Still waiting. Would not do business with a company that is so lax about returning calls. Not a good way to do business.

What a pleasure it was to do business with Lintfighters! To paraphrase a poem, and quot;Let me count the waysand quot;: 1. Rob answered my call, no voice mail, phone tag,etc. 2. Arrived on time the following day at the scheduled appointment. 3. Determined the reason the dryer stopped working and the accompanying foul odor was due to a blockage(rabbit) in the ventline. 4. Removed the source of blockage and replaced 5ft of ventline located in crawl space. 5. Replaced exhaust tube from dryer to wall with a shorter one allowing the dryer to dry clothes faster. 6. Returned the following day, as promised, to install a secure cover at the end of the ventline located under the deck. 7. This company, Lintfighters, is one of only 2 service providers that I have been able to use from Angie's list who provide services to customers who live in the southern suburbs!!!!!

Went very well, took about 45 min. and then he tested to make sure things were right. He had special equipment to measure before and after and showed me what he was doing. My dryer is working great now. I knew that I had to have this done and had been putting it off. I would rather not have my address used if that is possible.

Owner was friendly and professional. He showed me exactly what he was cleaning with the dryer and vents. I did not expect that I would have to pay an additional $25.00 because I live on the second floor of a condo unit.

This is an excellent vendor. When testing the air pressure of my dryer vent he found the pressure to be exceptionally low. v This normally indicates that the vent is clogged up. He did further investigation and found out that the vent pipe has come apart several feet before the outside vent. It was actially venting into the basement ceiling, above my suspended ceiling. In the long run this definately could have posed a significant fire hazard. Thie pipe seperation was caused by the builder using duct tape to connect the pipes rather than the special aluminum tape specially designed for this purpose. He corrected the problem by joining the pipes with the correct tape. He then cleaned the entire pipe vent system. On final testing the pressure now was well above when it should be. He did not even charge me for the extra work. I would definately recommend this company to others (which I already have).I will use them again in the future.

It was our first time having our dry cleaning vents cleaned. They were very professional. The job was completed as promised. We were satisfied with service and would like to use them again in the future.

I was very please with the job performed by Lintfighters. Rob was very thorough and even changed one of the flexible hoses because he felt it was unsafe. He was punctual and very pleasant to work with.

Can we just clone Rob? He was punctual, accommodating of my schedule change, informative, professional, and left no trace that he'd been in my home. He inspected the venting, then explained to me what he had found and then went to work. I am totally amazed at how much faster my dryer works now! How much energy had I been wasting before by having the run the dry cycles repeatedly? I also feel much better now that the saftey hazard of all that lint has been removed. I'm trying to get others in my association to use his services as well. I'd give him extra stars if I could! TOTALLY recommend him!

We talked back and forth on email to make a schedule and to discuss price. He showed up on the date and time as scheduled and did exactly what was expected. My mother was the one who was home to show him around to the laundry room and he impressed her with how thorough he was and she rarely has a nice word for service folks.

Everything went great, he was prompt, professional and thorough.

It was a wonderful experience. The price was right and the quality was impeccable!
