Rusty and his colleague was vert friendly in the beginning, installation was smooth. The cost of the skylights installation was probably slightly high considering the amount of time spent for installation, (paid $1300 for less than 2 hrs of work) but I agreed since I thought Rusty could be reliable person to ask for help going forward. Problem is the followups. My installation was done on Mar 9th 2022, and I have been asking for the receipt and the warranty information of the Skylight, but still in the phase of requesting. No response on the phone or email, which is a disappointment since I was trusting his personality.

They were friendly. In the end, the work looks good.

Rusty responded immediately to my request for a bid. He came out to survey the job and came back a few hours later to tarp my leaking skylight before a heavy rain was due. His crew then removed and re-sealed the skylight properly as the snow started falling. I can't say enough about his ethics and care for doing the job correctly. I would highly recommend this company.

This company is efficient and upfront about what is involved in the work. The whole process was made very pleasant because Rusty and his crew were friendly and explained what was needed in plain language. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone with skylight problems or needing installation of sjylights.

Rusty was great. Got right back to me, came out and gave me a quote then finished the work all under a week. They went above and beyond and left everything cleaned up when they finished. Highly recommended!!

Communication was good. I knew when they would start and finish. Cleaned up any trace of debris, inside and out.
