Description of Work: Had exterior doors installed. Install was good, but I had a dog door installed with no external security. No one questioned the logic of an external dead bolt door with a non-lockable dog flap. Tried to get this resolved, but they had no answer. Their only solution was a replacement door with no flap because they are contracted with PetSafe. Very inflexible and very poor service. Will not use these guys again.

+ 0 moreThe service was excellent. They had to order it, they called and let me know when they were coming out. They were here on time.The installers did a very good job. They were professional. Everything fit very well. If I needed anything else done, I would give them a shot because I think they stand behind their work pretty much.
Description of Work: Home Depot Inc installed our all new granite counter-tops in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
