Description of Work: JIM (THE OWNER) CAME TO QUOTE. HE DID NOT TAKE NOTES ON MY REQUESTS. THE WORK STARTED, AND SOME THINGS WERE NOT DONE TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. WHEN IT RAINED, 2 INCHES OF WATER FLOODED MY KITCHEN.
