They came out in one day and completed the job. They were in and out. It looked like they were not here. They cleaned up.

They come out twice every year and they will be here early October to check the furnace. It's more than a pleasure working with them.

Work went very well. Inspection discovered capacitor on its last legs. Repairman explained situation and replaced part.

The technician was prompt,courteous and answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. However end of the day I wish more attention had been given to the stench, because it was not repaired, and returned shortly after he left. Additionally it was pointed out that several hoses were drying up and needed replaced. But they weren't replaced, and I was just told what hoses to go get and how to replace them. I questioned this as I would expect a routine inspection/repair to repair exactly that! I stand by that assumption. So now I have to go and find the hoses and open the thing back up and do it myself. I know it's probably not, but I feel like that is what I was paying for. All in all they get a B. The work was ok, just not thorough, and the technician was courteous and helpful on an information level.

Tom is extremely professional and responsive and it reflects in his team, as well. Tom did an exceptional job of reviewing our options for a new system after a non-reparable AC failure. He went through the pros and cons of each system and provided a detailed proposal. We had a few questions on the proposal and Tom was very responsive and thoroughly answered all questions. The team onsite to do the install were very courteous and professional. All focus was on the job at hand and completing it in an efficient manner. After install, they were sure to review operational instructions with us as well. Overall, we are thrilled with the level of service and quality of install and product.

Tom is great to work with. The guys are very professional and know what they are doing. Tom came out to give me a quote to install a complete new system. He explains everything in great detail so you understand what is going on. Everything went smooth as expected and I have called him back out to more duct work for me.

We got estimates for new air conditioner and furnace from four companies, each representing different manufacturers. Nick presented important information that the other company representatives did not offer that was important in making our decision. Some of the guarantees and "free" service from other companies are not as they seem. The servicemen arrived on time, completed the work and left the area clean. The manufacturer of the equipment receives good independent reviews and the price was very competitive.

Both of my two experiences with them were great. They did high quality work and took care of my home while they were here. They were professional and courteous, not to mention knowledgable about what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

They came out in the middle of the night without a surcharge because our hot water heater was leaking alot and told us it had to replaced and came back the next day to put in the now one.

I got them off of Angie's List. I called them and they came out the same day. They did a fantastic job. They did tests and confirmed that there was no crack in the heat exchange. I had called one company first that came out and condemned my furnace. I found them on Angie's List as well. They were rated very highly. The service man was pretty sure that he found a crack in the heat exchange. It was under home warranty and I called my home warranty. My warranty brought out their own furnace service person because they don't take anyone's word for it and they took a look at it again. They came out and did not find a crack at all. They did smoke test. Then, I called the first company asking why they said that they found a crack when the other person didn't. The same guy came out when I called them. I asked him to prove to me that there was a crack in the heat exchange. He showed it to me with water test and mirrors, but I didn't see it. I don't know if they were trying to sell me a new furnace. The 2 other opinions confirmed that the furnace was okay. I called a third company and that was Four Seasons Heating. They did a good job and confirmed there was no crack. I needed 3 heating service people to come out and figure out that my furnace really didn't need to be condemned. I would use them again in the future.

We use them regularly. We bought an air conditioner from them. We have a service maintenance agreement with them for three years. We always use them.

I liked them because they came out right away and did the job. I don't like the fact that the heater is very loud when it turns on though. They came out a few times, but they weren't able to make it any quieter.

Their price is a little higher, but they have a pretty good maintenance package. Overall, they did a good job. Everything has been fine with the unit since they put it in.
