The representative was punctual, professional, and very polite. He explained in detail everything he was doing. He did an excellent job.

Showed up right on time. Professional demeanor. The "Ultimate" cleaning did a great job restoring heavily soiled carpet throughout my new home.

From the initial telephone call, day of estimate through completion, Randy was one of the most professional service individuals I have ever dealt with. We have a custom built home and I was very apprehensive regarding the repairs that needed to be done. Randy explained in detail what repairs were needed, the options for those repairs and what I could expect when completed. It is obvious that Randy is very knowledgable about his profession and is committed to providing exceptional work. My tile floors and shower look amazing. He and his team were very thorough in their clean up during and after the 6+ hours they worked and I actually enjoyed having them in my home. I will definately be calling Randy and his team for all my future tile, carpet and upholstery cleaning I wish there was an A+ rating as Randy and his team exceeded expectations on all levels.

It went extremely well. They were able to totally remove several sports. Even though they had to try several different methods on one of the areas. They were able to schedule a quick appointment, arrived within the time frame specified and even called just before they came to let me know they were on their way. We've used Bulldog before and will continue to use them and recommend them.

They never had the courtesy to even respond to my inquiry.

The townhouse we just rented needed the carpets professionally cleaned and Bulldog carpet cleaning did a great job.? According to the owner the carpets had been cleaned after the last tenant had moved out but between the poor job they did and the fact the previous tenant was a smoker?the carpets needs serious attention before we could move in. ? Bulldog was a little late but to their credit they had called in advance to let me know they were running a little behind because of another job.? When they arrived, they immediately got to work and assess what was needed to take care of the issues.? It took them a little over an hour to finish the 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse and when they were done? it was a 100% improvement. ? Now that we are moved in and living there?I?m very glad we made the decision to use Bulldog.? I would defiantly call them for any future carpet cleaning needs.

I did above. Everything went smoothly, and the carpeting looks like new even though it's 4 years old and has never been cleaned.

Bulldog Carpet Cleaning provided two workers. The two gentlemen worked very well together and moved quickly through their jobs. They were very respectful, professional and pleasant. They really earned my respect with their committment to doing a great job for us - this was a very labor intensive job, completed quickly, yet carefully. Lots of attention to detail.

An initial call to Bulldog (Randy) was easy to setup an appointment! Randy and his associate came out, assessed the areas needing cleaning and gave a written estimate of cost. (P.S - Thanks to Angie's List for the 10% coupon, saved me some $$$). Randy gave a realistic explanation of what to expect regarding certain stains, how he would attempt to treat them and the likely-hood of success. No promises were made and no false expectations set. This was extremely refreshing to get an honest appraisal of what could be done! As work started, you see they take care of your house, putting down tarps, wearing shoe protectors etc. The results were amazing! Stains on carpet we thought were permanent were successfully removed, the furniture cleaning was done with great care to not damage the upholstery or the padding within. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Randy and Bulldog to anyone! We will definitely use them in the future.

Randy and his partner arrived and began working immediately. They did need access to the water outside. There were a few items that they nicely moved for me. They were very professional and I couldn't be more pleased!! They got out all the stains!! Even one I was sure they would be able to remove!!! All items were put on styrofoam blocks until the carpet dried. Randy told me to contact him if I was not satisfied with the way the carpet looked once it dried. The carpet and the furniture looked like new!! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

As stated, we had our carpets cleaned in April and the quality of the work done was excellent. But I don't want to leave it at that. What impressed me most, was that the owner was so very accessible to me. Randy (one of the owners) not only came out personally to give me an estimate, but addressed all our concerns (no matter how demanding) completely. Randy responded to all phone calls and emails and even provided us with a certificate of insurance. He and his partner personally did the work and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They knew I was very concerned about my woodwork not getting scratched or wet and as promised, took every precaution to assure that would not happen. It was comforting to know that I was dealing with the owners from start to finish and that all my expectations were met and exceeded by them personally. I would highly recommend Bulldog Carpet Cleaning!

Excellent service. They were able to get the stains out as well as all the areas with odor. I was very pleased with results and overall service so intend to have them return to do all carpets in home.

Randy and Frank came out on time and gave me an estimate and started cleaning right away at my rental townhome in Carol Stream. They were courteous and professional and performed exactly as they said they would. Randy pointed out some trouble spots that he said may not come out and other spots he said would and he was right on the money - no surprises. The carpet cleaned up nicely and it will not be an issue for the next tenant. I liked their work enough that I had them come and clean two rooms and a mattress at my home on Plainfield. Once again, they did the job professionally and the results were great.

Randy examines each room to be cleaned and explains any concerns he has with stains up front. He and his partner are very professional and work non-stop.
