BULLDOG CARPET CLEANING

It was great. The appointment was set for 9:00am and he arrived exactly at 9:00am - which was great as I had a full day of errands to do after he was done. He did a walk through with me to see what was needed, vacuumed all of the floors before cleaning them, and then had me do another walkthrough. He answered all of my questions, left me with a free bottle of spot cleaner, was so nice and professional and did a fantastic job. I would use him again for all of my carpet needs.

We have used Bulldog before for carpet cleaning. This time we had carpets and stone floor tile cleaned. They came in on time and worked efficiently to clean our carpeting on the stairs and runner in the foyer which get a lot of foot traffic. They came out beautiful. We had them clean the stone floor tile in both main floor bathrooms and sunroom. They came out great! They also cleaned the lower level carpeting and stone floor tile which hadn't been done in several years. They now look brand new! I will always use Bulldog for carpet and tile floor cleaning. I recommend them highly.

They're superb. They did an excellent job. I had just gotten a new dog that I had a little trouble potty training, and they cleaned the carpets beautifully. They did a beautiful job of it.

Randy was able to schedule the deep cleaning of the grout quickly. He was prompt and very professional in his measurements and estimates. His equipment worked well, and he was very careful in our home. All the tile and grout was cleaned back to its original colors and texture! My wife said that the kitchen floor "looked like a model home." She was thrilled with the results! We will use Bulldog to clean the rest of our tile and grout and to clean our carpets in the spring.

This was the second time that we used Bulldog and both experience went well. They were punctual, courteous and did a great job on the floors. I would highly recommend them.

The carpet cleaning crew were on time. They introduced themselves, took measurements and gave me the price. They then protected the floors and put covers on their shoes. They were extremely polite and very professional. Before they left they had me inspection their work to make sure I was satisfied and said they would come back if I found any remaining stains after the carpets all dried.

I was so impressed with this company. The two men that came to do the work put covers on their shoes before reviewing the area to give me a quote. They asked me if there were any areas that needed extra attention. They took the time to let me show them the bad areas. I did not feel rushed. They gave extra effort and attention to the bad areas. They were very nice people to deal with. They did a great job. My rugs were very overdue for a cleaning. I could not believe how good the rugs looked when they were done. I appreciate the way they do their jobs and I loved the quality of the cleaning!

Ryan and Shaun were great! They came on time, were polite, and quick! We had a brief tour of the rooms, some questions about protecting floors and furniture for future stains (I have a one-year-old, who's going to say no to stain protection?). They wore protective footwear to make sure the areas freshly cleaned stayed that way, laid down protective blankets not to hurt my wood where they had their cleaning lines and told me where to be careful with my daughter on things she could get hurt on (Like the hot water line they ran through the house to get a good clean.) I would definitely use them again in the future!

The owner of Bull dog company come by himself and did great job cleaning tile and grout. This job was for kitchen and hallway floor. Very curtecious and friendly in nature. Very reasoable and soft spoken person. Machine he brought for clean was commercial and was for this purpose. He listen what we asked. Tile and grout cleaned very well, meeting all our expectation. What can be improve even further satisfying his job is grout sealing. I would like to suugest to improve grout sealing. Grout sealer Bull dog applied was not sufficient enough to keep our grout sealing sealed a month effectively, and I suggest finding a way to apply sealer heavyly to seal grout and they may find to apply effectively different way, by spraying or any otherway. This may be due to his tool whick never allowed to flow heavily. My grout already started little darker in a month and I thought I have some suggestion for him to improve his customer even more satisfied. As overall he did excellent job but sealing is also important to keep clean long term. I would certainly recommend him, I found him honest guy and sealing application certainly can be easily improve and I know he will.

Randy has cleaned my carpets, wool oriental rugs, and furniture repeated times. Always does a fantastic job. He came the first time to get a very bad dog urine stain out that 2 other companies could not. We thought we would have to replace the carpet but Randy and Sean worked hard and got all traces of stain and odor out. I have been a loyal customer the 3 years since. My daughter ,with 3 year old twins, a new baby , and 2 dogs, has also been a loyal customer. Just this week, the Bulldog Team worked magic on some very bad pet stained carpet at a new home they were moving in to. I could not believe the difference. I thought they would have to replace it immediately. You can not find more professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable carpet, upholstery, tile/grout and area rugs than Bulldog!

Randy and Sean were absolutely fantastic. First scheduling with them was very easy. Randy was very quick to respond and called to confirm the day before. The day of the clean they showed up on time and were very professional measuring everything and told me the cost before they got started. I knew it would be costly because we have a big house with a lot of area to cover. The carpets and floors both turned out great! They got pretty much everything out. We had some problem areas where the tile was cracked so we came up with a game plan on the best way to clean those. Once I realized how good these two were I started asking them if they knew people who could fix a few other issues we had going on in the house. My husband and I are first time home owners so we are pretty clueless with things. They gave me some pointers on the best type of people to do the work and how the process should likely go. Additionally Sean even saw me attempting to re-calk a section of my patio where rain was coming in (a quick fix until we could get someone to fix the problem). He advised me on type of calk I should use and then even gave me pointers on how to calk the area. Bottom line not only is Bulldog a fantastic carpet cleaning company they are stand up trustworthy guys. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would strongly urge any family and friends to do the same.

We had soiled carpeting that three other carpet cleaning companies could not clean to remove all the dirt and oil. Randy and his assistant came and got the job done! He is on time, thorough, a pleasure to work with, and his price is very reasonable. I would recommend Bulldog Carpet Cleaning to and residential or commercial building owner who wants a wonderful experience. We have had Randy clean for us twice, and would like to continue to use his services in the future.

Randy responded quickly to my phone message. Gave me an estimate over the phone, and I agreed to have him service my property the next week. Randy and another person arrived on time after calling in advance to let me know they were on their way. We walked thru the house to discuss the different stains and levels of soil. Then they got to work. They carry their own water and the extraction equipment is in the truck so there isn't anything you need to provide. They used every trick they had and made a remarkable difference in the carpet with the exception of nail polish and cigarette burns, which of course are permanent. Renters fault - not theirs. He also had some very good suggestions regarding rentals in general, which I will use in future contracts. Clean up was excellent - you never would have known they had been there except for all the dirt missing from the carpet. I received a 10% discount on my total bill since I mentioned finding Bulldog Carpet Cleaners on Angie's List. Thanks again Randy. Will definitely be using them again.

Randy and Sean were prompt in arriving and were very professional. My wife had some questions on carpet cleaning and carpet quality and Randy took the time to explain everything. They were very proficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Our runner and stairs had not been cleaned in a long time, but they did a great job and made the stairs look brand new. It was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Called shortly before they came went over what was to be done. Vacuumed, treated and cleaned rug. Was here less than an hour.

I have never written a review for anything before. I made an appointment with Randy to just address the mildew problem on our carpet. He showed up on time, put on shoe covers before ethering my home and then discussed different options. I was not expecting to have the entire carpet cleaned, so the room was filled with furniture. Randy moved all the furniture with care. He restretched the area of carpet that we had pulled back to check how bad the mildew was. Then he cieaned and treated the carpet with a stain repellent. With all the stains and mildew gone, the carpet looks new. Also, I did not tell him that I found his name on Angie's List until I pulled out my checkbook. Then, he gave me a discount.

Bulldog Carpet Cleaning are always on time. The price may not be the cheapest but by far they consistently do a good job. It's continuously good quality. I don't have to worry about whether or not they will miss anything. I have used them about five times over the last six years and I have never had a problem. They move everything and the put it back, so everything gets cleaned. They are always on time. I never have to wonder whether they will make their appointment or be late because they are very punctual and reliable. I would take quality and consistency over getting a good deal because the quality of this work is amazing.

I was very pleased with their work. We had water seeping in from under our foundation, and a 12 x 12 section of our carpet in the finished basement was affected. They were able to come in on short notice (10 am call, they were there by 1pm) to assess the situation. They were able to save our carpet by brining in their own industrial driers and humidifiers and drying it out for two days. They had to cut out a portion of the padding, and replaced it with a padding of similar thickness. They tested our walls to make sure that water had not seeped into the dry wall, which luckily it had not. They sprayed everything to keep mold out, and did a great job replacing the carpet. If anything ever happens with our carpets again (hopefully not) I would definitely use their services.

We have 2 cats & dispute our best efforts with rug shampooer several times an odor lingered. We contacted bulldog & Randy was prompt in returning our call & coming by for an estimate. He had this large spotlight & was able to see the areas that needed attention. He & another worker came the following week & cleaned the carpets & added a stain/odor lifter. The carpets smell wonderful.

They responded very quickly to my inquiry and came on time to the appointment. They called ahead of time to confirm. They were very professional and pleasant to work with, and they did a great job with the couch.

They were very punctual and very neat. respecting other areas of the house which they covered prior to walking on them. The job they performed was excellent. The carpeting had quite a few stains that I thought would not come out. They were able to get rid of the stains and the whole carpet is like brand new. The area rug looks great as well. They asked if we wanted the soil protector applied to both carpets. They need not push this extra expense, but we were grateful they recommended it and did have it applied. We also asked for an estimate on other area rugs that need cleaning and were happy with their appraisal. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent service. Randy came out to the house to give a quote before we had the service done. They did any excellent job cleaning the bedrooms, stairs, family room, living room, and dining room. The carpets looked like new. They got out deep stains that were there for years. Randy the owner is a very honest business man. He does a great job and stands behind his work. We were very happy with his service and would highly recommend him.

The carpets look and smell great. There were several dog pee stains and I can't really see any of them anymore. The couch looks, feels, and smell great. Our couch is 5 years old and never been cleaned. Overall, Randy did an excellent job and I would recommend Bulldog to anyone.
